My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. I absolutely loved the service, rating it a 5 out of 5. However, the food was not good at this location; in fact, it was the worst sandwich I've ever had. Adding to the disappointment, they were closed early on one night by almost 2 hours for some reason 😐. The new signature sauce is also horrible.

I ate there twice, and both times the chicken box had more food than I ordered. The staff were always friendly, although one person seemed a bit unmotivated and often on their phone. However, different countries have different customs. I would order from here again anytime.

To make matters worse, they disable purchases through the app and don't accept coupons, resulting in a $20 charge for a three-tender combo. I strongly advise going literally anywhere else on the Divis strip for better food and an environment that doesn't feel like you're about to get ripped off.
