Service Great, Food Disappointing
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. I absolutely loved the service, rating it a 5 out of 5. However, the food was not good at this location; in fact, it was the worst sandwich I've ever had.
Adding to the disappointment, they were closed early on one night by almost 2 hours for some reason 😐. The new signature sauce is also horrible.

Delicious Food, Friendly Staff!
My experience at this restaurant was comparable to KFC. The food was very delicious and freshly prepared. I had the best fries I've ever eaten in the fast-food category.
I ate there twice, and both times the chicken box had more food than I ordered. The staff were always friendly, although one person seemed a bit unmotivated and often on their phone. However, different countries have different customs.
I would order from here again anytime.

Overpriced and stale food
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The food tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for too long, and the price was excessive. I paid $38 for a two-piece and a five-piece tender combo, which felt like a lot for the quality received.
The atmosphere was also not great, scoring a 2 out of 5.

Hot Food, Sweet Tea, Friendly Service!
My experience at this restaurant was great! The food was super hot and fresh, which is always a plus. The counter service was incredibly friendly.
A big highlight for me was that they offer sweet tea, which is hard to find in the city. Overall, a very positive experience.

Expensive Popeyes, App Issues
My experience at this Popeyes was marked by surprisingly high prices. I found it to be the most expensive Popeyes I've ever visited. Spending $17 on a 3-piece chicken tender combo seemed unreasonable.
Additionally, I encountered issues with the app, as I could not order through it.

Worst Popeyes in the Bay Area
My experience at this Popeyes was by far the worst in the Bay Area. The service was bad, the food was just okay, and the cashiers were rude. To make matters worse, they don't honor app deals.
I would definitely go to another location besides this one.

Friendly Staff, Okay Food, Needs Cleaning
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The staff were very very friendly, which was a definite plus. The food was good, but unfortunately, it wasn't very fresh.
Additionally, the place could definitely use a thorough cleaning.

Terrible Service and Wrong Order
My experience at this restaurant was very poor. They got my order wrong, and when I pointed it out, the staff became very upset and rude. They started speaking in their own language, clearly being rude.
I would not recommend going here.

Terrible Food and Service After New Management
My experience at this Popeyes after the new management took over has been very disappointing. The food quality is now very, very bad. The chicken is consistently old and super dry.
Furthermore, the employees ignore any complaints. It's one of the worse Popeyes around.

Insane Prices, Avoid This Place
My experience at this restaurant was marked by insane prices. You're paying significantly more here than at fast-casual or even sit-down restaurants just a block away. To make matters worse, they disable purchases through the app and don't accept coupons, resulting in a $20 charge for a three-tender combo.
I strongly advise going literally anywhere else on the Divis strip for better food and an environment that doesn't feel like you're about to get ripped off.
