Value (3.2 out of 10)

mentioned by 35% of the guests

When it comes to value, it seems this spot is a bit of a mixed bag, leaning heavily towards the not so great side. While a few folks found the price reasonable, noting it was worth the money for things like a perfect cappuccino or large pastries, and even called it cheap, these positive experiences are unfortunately quite rare. Based on 7 positive remarks, some appreciated the fair pricing compared to other places.

However, the overall sentiment paints a different picture, with a low score of 3.2 and customer satisfaction at just 16.3%. Many customers felt it was a tourist trap and overpriced, especially for items like sandwiches or quick breakfasts. A significant concern, mentioned in 34 negative remarks out of 43 total, was the payment methods, with many complaining about it being cash only or even being billed twice, which definitely impacts the perceived value.

Perfect Cappuccino and Croissant!
My experience at this nice little café was wonderful. I enjoyed a perfect cappuccino and a warm croissant for a reasonable price. It's a refreshing change from the overpriced big chains found everywhere.

Great Breakfast, Cold Atmosphere
I had a lovely breakfast here. The food was fresh and tasty, and the service was friendly and efficient. The only downside is that the interior feels a bit bare, which makes the atmosphere a little cold. Still, definitely worth a visit for a good breakfast!

Unpleasant Experience with Disrespectful Staff
My experience at this café was very unpleasant. There were clear communication problems, which can happen, but instead of trying to help or clarify, the staff made fun of us and treated us with disrespect. We felt ridiculed rather than welcomed. Hospitality should be about patience and understanding, especially when there are language barriers. Sadly, that was not the case here. Definitely not a place we would return to or recommend. Greets from Mars.
