My experience at this restaurant was terrible. Everything was dirty, and no one was cleaning the tables. They didn't even ask if we wanted to eat in or take out. The tables were like something out of the movie 'The Hole'. I can assure you, I will never return. The fries were like pure, reheated rubber. It was the worst experience I've ever had at Pollo Campero.

The dishes are simple, with their signature fried chicken being the star. And the fried chicken does not disappoint. It's crispy on the outside, and tender, juicy, and gently seasoned on the inside. The french fries are crispy, and the fluffy rice pairs wonderfully with the fried banana. Everything on the plate harmonizes, providing both satiety and pleasure at an honest price. The ambiance features cushioned chairs and tables for four. The attendants are agile, polite, and helpful. In conclusion, I will remain a loyal customer of Pollo Campero whenever I find a franchise restaurant.

What a terrible experience. I used to go to this place every week with my family, and the service was always the best. Today, however, the food was horrible, and the tortillas were hard. The woman who served me was very rude; she was thin, bitter, and showed a complete lack of customer service. Previously, they would bring the food to the table, but now I had to go pick it up myself from the counter for takeout orders. It was awful. I do not recommend this place. I was a loyal customer for a long time, but I'd rather go somewhere else now.

As a Salvadoran, I miss Pollo Campero. If you're looking for a small, intimate dining experience, this is the place to go. However, be prepared for the presence of homeless individuals who are allowed to enter and sit at tables, asking for food from paying customers. This significantly impacts the atmosphere. Despite the challenging environment, the food itself was quite good, earning a 4 out of 5.
