Tasty Poke with Kid-Friendly Customization
My experience at this small poke place was great. The food was tasty, and the service was fast. They have a few tables if you want to eat in.
My kid really likes this place better than our closer-to-home poke spot because they include mango as an option, which is a nice touch. The bowls are completely customized, making it great for kids. While it's mostly fish, there is a tofu option for vegetarians.
Parking in this neighborhood can be tricky in the evening, with a paid parking lot available, but finding a spot can be difficult.

Solid Poke Bowl Experience
My experience at this poke place was solid. I appreciated the unique ordering system where you check off your desired ingredients on a paper sheet, similar to ordering a deli sandwich. There are lots of good options to choose from.
I would recommend this place and plan to go back. The regular bowl size offers a sizable portion. A minor point of feedback is that the wasabi appears to be imitation, likely colored radish, as it lacks the authentic wasabi taste.
Additionally, adding a small scoop of avocado incurs an extra charge of $1. 25. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating.
For the base, I recommend a mix of half rice and half mixed greens; it's a great combination in my opinion!

Disappointing Poke Bowl Experience
My experience at this restaurant was largely negative, primarily due to the food. The poke bowls were served in extremely large chunks of fish, which had a very fishy flavor and generally didn’t taste fresh at all. I would definitely avoid this place, as it was certainly one of the worst poke bowls I’ve had.

Great Poke with Flavorful Sauce Mix
My experience at this restaurant was great! I enjoyed the good quality poke in SF. I highly recommend trying their house sauce and mixing it with another sauce you like, as the flavor blends well.

Disappointing Poke Experience
I really don’t like giving bad reviews! 😩 but this place was not it. Shame on me for getting my hopes up and expecting authentic poke.
We came here right at opening. The woman who was behind the counter was not happy to see us. Maybe she was having a bad day, but there were no smiles or pleasant greetings.
The food did not look great. The fish was chopped in tiny pieces! And the portions were very small.
I ordered the unagi (HUGE mistake) I swear someone from the back brought it out from the microwave. It was mushy and fishy and disgusting. The ahi was whatever.
The spicy ahi was practically already chewed up for you. I would not come back here, I would not recommend this place. Really poor quality.
Bad service. Not aloha!

Helpful Service, Nice Poke Bowl
My experience at this restaurant was positive, largely due to the helpful service. The lady serving me kindly assisted me with my gluten-free needs by crossing out suitable items on the menu, which was greatly appreciated as I am celiac. I enjoyed a tuna poke bowl, and it was very nice.
While only one sauce (honey & avocado) was gluten-free, it was still a good option. The ambience is nothing special; it feels more like a take-out place.

Great Poke Value in the Bay
I came here with my friends when craving poke, and it definitely hit the spot. The surrounding area is nice, and the inside is clean with seating, but there are also places to stand outside on a nice day. The poke is the cheapest I've ever had in the Bay, $13.
99 for 3 scoops of protein? Pretty lit. The fish is pretty good quality as well.
Some require $2 upgrades, as well as some of the toppings (e. G. , a little bit of tamago for $0.
75 and avocado $1. 25). However, if you don't pay for the upgrades, there are still plenty of other options to fill out your bowl.
I will say, some of the reviews on here say that they give you TONS of protein, but I wouldn't agree; it's a standard amount but still definitely enough to fill you up. You write your order on a sheet to give them, so you can pretty much take as long as you want when deciding what you want, which is pretty nice.

Mixed Feelings on Poke Bowl Experience
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The staff were friendly and the place was clean. However, the food quality was inconsistent; some items were fresh, while others were not.
I found the portions to be rather stingy, especially with the protein, which wasn't as good as at other poke bowl restaurants. The '$2 extra for the “real crab”' felt like a big trick, as it was mostly mayonnaise with very little crab. While it's okay to try once, I absolutely won't be coming back.

Disappointing Portions and Declining Food Quality
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The food quality seems to have gotten worse. Additionally, the portions for the large bowl are the same as the regular ones, and they were not filled up.
This was a letdown.
