I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years, but unfortunately, the service and food quality have declined. While the prices were once reasonable, the recent changes have made me reconsider. The establishment is small and lacks a customer bathroom. My main issue stems from a change in how my spicy tuna is prepared. Previously, they would put it on the side, even with an extra container charge. However, recently, the staff has become stingy with the side portions, and on my last visit, I was told they were "not allowed" to provide the side protein, despite paying for it. This new "old policy" is baffling and has led me to downgrade my order and ultimately decide not to return. I used to frequent this place exclusively, but now I won't be spending any more money here.

My experience was mostly take-out, as there are only a few seats available outside adjacent to the sidewalk. There is no bathroom and no beer offered. I ordered a medium-sized meal with three proteins, white rice, and more toppings than I can recall. The portions were large.
