Good Poke, Terrible Service
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. While the poke was very good, the service was not well thought out. It seemed like there was only one person doing all the work, a confused individual serving a crowd.
I questioned where the management was. If they can't hire adequate staff, they shouldn't be in business.

Fish bones found in poke bowl
PLEASE beware when eating from this location. I have found fish bones in my bowl. This is my first time finding bones while eating poke.
Never had this happen before.

Disappointing Portion Size and Service
I’m very disappointed by the order I received today. Usually, I buy a large option and the cover hardly closes because of the amount of ingredients. Today, it looks empty and is mostly rice, not the other nice stuff.
I’m giving 1 star to the guy behind the counter. He seemed tired, lazy, or whatever mood he was in towards me and my meal.

Horrible Service, Avoid This Place
I wish I could give this place a zero star or a negative star. The customer service was horrible. My experience with the service was rated a 1, and the atmosphere and food also received a 1.

Solid Poke Spot in the Mall
My experience at this restaurant was surprisingly positive, offering a solid poke vibe that rivals some of my favorite spots in San Francisco. The ordering process was straightforward, with papers and pencils provided for us to submit our orders. The only drawback was the atmosphere, which was limited by its location in a mall food court.

Great Food, Efficient Service!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I enjoyed the great taste of the food and found the price to be very affordable. The staff deserves kudos for their efficiency; they are always very helpful, even when there's a long line.

Incredibly slow service
My experience at the restaurant was marked by incredibly slow and inefficient service. It took 20 minutes for the order to be made, and I was only the third person in line.

Fresh and Delicious Poke Bowl
I normally have bad experiences at poke places, especially in Daly City. My wife wanted to try this place, so I gave it a chance. Overall, the bowl was fresh and delicious.
The protein portions were actually a decent size and filled me up. I was satisfied with what I paid and will probably return. The tamago and crunchy toppings really added to the bowl.

Delicious and Customizable Poke Bowls!
Wow! My experience at this restaurant was amazing, especially with their poke bowls. You get to customize your order by picking the size of the fish scoops (small $11.
99, medium $13. 99, large $15. 99, and extra scoop $2), choosing 2 bases, any or all sides, 2 kinds of poke, 2 secret sauces, and a large selection of flavorful toppings (all toppings for only $2.
50)! It's fun to customize your order, and you can't go wrong because it's all delicious! The fish is fresh and tasty, and the other ingredients are all top-notch!
My specific order, featuring a complex combination of savory, umami flavors and textures of spicy crab and tender diced tuna poke over brown rice and kelp noodles, with crunchy, thinly sliced cucumber, shredded carrots, original mild poke sauce and creamy honey avocado sauce, and topped with edamame, seaweed salad, kimchee, oshinko, green onion, cilantro, ginger, masago, sesame seeds, fried garlic chips, and Furikake, was to-die-for! It could not be any fresher or tastier! There's always a line here, but it moves fast because of the excellent quick and friendly service.
Be sure to tip! I highly recommend Poke Bowl at Stonestown and definitely plan to go back!

Great Food, Inconsistent Portions & Slow Service
My experience at this restaurant has been a mixed bag. The food is almost always great, and I've never really had an issue with its quality. However, the service is very slow more often than not, and the quantity of food in the bowls is never consistent.
I used to get the smallest size because they would fill it up to the lid, but now, I often get massive gaps, meaning less food. This inconsistency is frustrating, as I sometimes get a full amount and then less the next time. They often have only one employee working, which leads to incredibly long lines, especially during meal times.
My biggest frustration is how slow the employee works.
