My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The pizza itself was nice, not bad. However, the service really needs improvement. Our order was messed up; they gave our pizza to someone else, and then they burned the second one. After waiting for half an hour, we finally received our food. The staff was apologetic and nice, which was appreciated.

I visited the restaurant with my son around 12: 30 PM on Saturday, 5/3/25. We usually order a regular size pizza with red sauce and heavy Parmesan, which is my son's favorite and they make it really well here. However, upon arrival, we waited at the counter for seven minutes. There was no one at the register, though the restaurant was clearly open. A lone employee eventually emerged and proceeded to put away pizza toppings without any greeting or acknowledgment. When she finally asked for our order, she seemed confused about what Parmesan was and claimed they didn't have any. It was a very disappointing experience.

My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. The pizza was not great as it had no flavor. If you have absolutely nothing else to eat, it's okay, but otherwise, I would recommend saving your money.

What was your experience at the restaurant? My experience was very positive. We ordered the large pizza for 3 people, and it was more than enough. The pizza was pre-cooked but still really good. We were also served quickly. Overall, a very satisfying meal.

My experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing. Upon arriving for our pickup order, we were told they “didn’t have our order. ” This was followed by them “accidentally giving away one of our pizzas. ” After a significant wait for them to remake the pizzas, we waited again. Unfortunately, two of the remade pizzas were SO doughy under the cheese that we couldn’t even eat them.

My experience at this restaurant was mixed. While the pizza was just OK, the menu and online comments were totally misleading. However, I want to give kudos to the only person working; she took my order, prepared the pizza, and boxed it to go, all with a smile and friendly disposition.

My experience at this restaurant was great! The pizza was fantastic and quite large; we ordered two 16-inch pizzas and had about 3/4 of a pizza left over for our family of 4. While the service took about 25 minutes, which is a bit long, we did get to see the pizzas being made. There was a long line and only one person making pizzas, so you have to respect the grind. It's the best restaurant in the complex, and I 100% recommend it 😊.

My experience at the restaurant was great! The pizza was delicious and the workers were very polite. It wasn’t super oily like other places. I definitely recommend it.

My family and I visited the day before Fourth of July and were surprised to find only two employees working. Neither employee was wearing a name tag. The gentleman preparing the food had the WORST attitude. It took over 30 minutes to make a simple 10" pizza. Upon receiving my pizza, I noticed the cheese wasn't even melted. When I pulled out a slice, all the toppings fell off. The sauce was awful too. I can't believe I waited 30 minutes for pizza that tasted like it was from Chuck E. Cheese. It felt like a rip-off, and the employees' attitudes were ridiculous.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I had a delicious piece of pizza, and it was wonderful to see how it was made with so much care. The staff were incredibly nice and even accommodated my kids' choices. This place is definitely going to be a must-visit whenever we return.
