Ambience (3.3 out of 10)

mentioned by 19% of the guests

While a few customers (3, to be exact!) found some small comforts, noting that the place was clean and even appreciating the little location, with one reviewer pleasantly surprised to be allowed to eat inside, these positive notes are unfortunately overshadowed. The ambience scores a poor 3.3, and customer satisfaction sits at a very low 16.7%, indicating significant room for improvement. However, the vast majority of feedback (13 out of 18 total opinions) points to some serious issues.

Many found the location itself to be dicey, with concerns about vagabonds outside and a homeless man acting aggressively. The parking lot was often described as cramped, and the inside of this place was even called absolutely disgusting, making the overall surrounding area a major drawback.

If youre looking for a pleasant dining atmosphere, this spot might not be your best bet. The external environment and internal conditions seem to be major deterrents for many, making it hard to recommend for anything beyond a quick, no-frills carryout if youre in a pinch.

Value (3.3 out of 10)

mentioned by 29% of the guests

When it comes to value, a small number of customers (6 out of 33 sentiments) have found some bright spots. Some appreciate the occasional competitive pricing and the availability of good deals. Plus, earning reward points is a definite perk for regulars, and the acceptance of EBT is a convenience for many.

However, the overall picture for value is quite challenging, with a score of 3.3 (poor) and customer satisfaction at a low 18.2%. A significant majority (24 out of 33 sentiments) express frustration over items being overpriced and feeling like a waste of money. Many also report issues with false advertising regarding promotions, non-functional coupons, and unexpected delivery charges or preset tips inflating the final total.

Great Food, Minimal Seating
Don't let the weird glass partition scare you off. The employees there are friendly and helpful. There is no real dining area, it's pretty much a pick-up spot. Food was great!

Terrible Pizza, Never Again
My experience at Pizza Hut was extremely disappointing. The pizza was a sad excuse of a pizza, burnt all over and completely lacking in flavor. It was so bad that even the dog wouldn't eat it, and everyone was still hungry afterwards. The texture was akin to eating wet cardboard. I will never again order from Pizza Hut.

Terrible Delivery and Service Experience
My experience was extremely negative due to a 2-hour wait time for my order. The food arrived cold because the delivery driver left it in the lobby instead of delivering it to my apartment. When I attempted to contact the store to resolve this issue, I was repeatedly hung up on.

Good Pizza and Friendly Staff
I was looking for a restaurant that participated in the hot food program with my new EBT card and found this location. I ordered a cheese personal pan and a root beer. Everything was everything; it was a good pizza, though the pop was average. The staff was really nice, even allowing me to eat inside, which I appreciated as I thought it was a carryout-only location. If you're in the area, you can give them a try.
