Pizza Hut - Reviews

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic. I ordered pizza and the service was excellent. Although it's a takeout establishment and not a dine-in place, the waiting area was consistently clean, and the staff were both friendly and efficient. I also noticed that Pizza Hut seems to have lowered its prices compared to last year. The launch special was a great deal and a good size.

I made a mistake on my online order, but when I called, they quickly fixed it. My pick-up was ready on time, and the place was clean with friendly service.

My experience at Pizza Hut was disappointing. They use a conveyor oven that resulted in an undercooked pizza, particularly noticeable on a large Supreme. The stinginess with ingredients was evident; I could count the pepperoni slices, which felt like a $10 supreme pizza for a $22 price. I will not be returning.

My experience at the restaurant was disappointing due to the pizza. There were only 3 good slices that had both cheese and pepperoni. The rest of the pizza had no cheese, even though I ordered cheese on the whole pizza. The remaining slices also did not taste as good.

My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I ordered a large thin crust pizza with pepperoni, sausage, and mushroom. Unfortunately, the pizza had no flavor of anything and was dry & tasteless. I will never go back.

My experience at this restaurant was extremely negative. I needed to edit an online order, but the person behind the counter intentionally hung up on me. As a result, I was unable to cancel my order and was charged for a pizza I neither wanted nor received. This was a very frustrating experience.
