As a long-time pizza lover and a new resident in the neighborhood, I was eager to try this place. Unfortunately, my first experience ordering through Uber Eats was incredibly disappointing. I ordered two large pizzas, 8 boneless wings, and garlic cheese bread, but received only a single cheese pizza and breadsticks. None of my order was correct. When I called the store, I wasn't seeking a refund but simply wanted my correct order. Despite having my receipt and the incorrect food as proof, the staff member was dismissive, questioning my order and claiming the driver confirmed it. He stated nothing could be done because the driver confirmed the order, even though I was only asking for the food I paid for. This was extremely unprofessional, as he refused to let me pick up my correct order and said they would call when the issue was resolved, which could have been fixed in minutes. Now I have to wait for a refund, and the food I actually ordered has likely gone to someone else.

My recent experience at this restaurant was fantastic. The service was awesome, with everyone being pleasant and welcoming with a smile. The pizza 🍕 was also great 👍.

My experience at this pizza location was marked by irresponsible management. The staff seemed to do whatever they want. I experienced issues with preordering food; I would call and preorder, but they might not make it. Upon arrival, I had to reorder or face a long wait without my name being called. I will never waste my time or money at this location again, nor will I miss the people who work there.

My experience was primarily negative due to issues with the DoorDash delivery and the restaurant's staffing. I was not informed that DoorDash would be delivering my order until the last minute. The DoorDash driver called with an attitude, asking if I was going to get the order while I was still trying to locate him. He then proceeded to not communicate further, even when I found him still inside the restaurant. I observed only one person working inside Pizza Hut, which is concerning. I believe the restaurant needs to improve its customer service and hire more staff.

My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. The cinnamon sticks had almost no sugar and cinnamon, and there was barely any marinara sauce for them. To top it off, the pizza was absolutely horrible.

My experience at the restaurant was great. We ordered a medium pepperoni pizza minutes before closing time. The pizza was delicious, cheesy, and I could taste the good marinara sauce. I also want to mention the great customer service I received.

Am I the only person that keeps giving this place a chance but my pizza is always burnt? I mean sheesh! Despite the consistently burnt pizza, the reviewer notes that the Food, Service, and Atmosphere were rated a 5 out of 5. The recommended dish was Boneless Wings, and the meal was dinner with a price per person of $20–30.

My experience at Pizza Hut was disappointing due to a clear "I don't care" attitude from the staff. After paying $50 for pizza and pasta, I was not given a fork, even after specifically asking for one over the phone. However, they did remember to ask for a tip and charge me for the soda and pizza. This left me with no choice but to eat my pasta with my hands. Thanks a lot, Pizza Hut.
