My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! The guy who made my food was amazing. It was served fresh and hot, and I could tell it was prepared with love. Sadly, I don’t remember his name.

I received an email about Pizza Hut deals before 5 pm. I usually order from the Chickasaw location, but today, Google suggested the Lee Vista location was closer. Starving, I went there because it was closer. I WILL NOT DO THAT AGAIN! My order was $42. 00 for 3 people, and I bought ALL SPECIALS! When we got there, as I ordered carry-out, I sent my son in to pick up the food. He came out, and as ALWAYS, he had to look at all the food. IM SO HAPPY HE DID! The large Pepperoni pizza was actually a Cheese only pizza. And the apple pies I ordered. OMG! I SHOULD HAVE TAKEN A PICTURE! But I was mad and grabbed them and went right back in. THEY WERE MUSH! THERE WAS NO FORM TO THEM, IT LOOKED LIKE THERE WAS WATER IN THEM, AND IT BASICALLY WAS APPLE COBBLER! When I went in, the young man behind the counter asked how he could help. I said I sent my son in to pick up my order, and I ordered apple pies, and what is this? I opened the container, and he laughed and said, "Oh, that's not good. Do you want me to throw them away? " I looked at him horrified and said YES! I DON'T WANT THEM! He then informed me it would take the cook "a while" to make them, as if he was encouraging me to take the mush. I said that's fine, I'll wait. He threw them away and went to get the cook. She didn't see a problem and had an attitude that she had to cook more. I don't believe she cooked the first order! They looked DAYS old and like they had been used as a football! When the fryers timer went off, the cook was nowhere to be found, and the guy working the front desk had to take them out. He put them in the container and was sprinkling SOMETHING on them when she, the cook, appeared and told him, "This goes on it, " and pointed to something else up on the shelf. He grabbed it down and sprinkled some of that too on my apple pies. He didn't shake them or anything to coat the pies while they were hot. He just handed them to me and said, "Here you go. " WOW! I HAVE NEVER! I got home with our food, and my order, the fries were VERY cold and limp as a wet noodle. My cheesesticks were cold and looked VERY old. The only thing I think they actually cooked fresh for my order was my PERSONAL PAN PIZZA! How hard could that be, right? My son's large pizza had NO pepperoni, and my husband's chocolate brownie bites were raw. DO NOT ORDER HERE! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THEIR FOOD! It's only Thursday night. What do they do for rushes? Ugh.

My experience at the restaurant was disappointing because I wasn't informed about the every day special. Consequently, I ended up paying more for a smaller pizza than I would have if I'd known about the special.

My experience at this restaurant was impacted by their '$2 Tuesdays' promotion. I believe it's a bad idea because it brings too many people and makes it harder for the workers. While the service was good, the customers made the atmosphere uncomfortable due to their anger.

My experience at Pizza Hut was great, largely thanks to Christy, who helped me immensely with my order. She really made it happen. The quick and easy dislocation is fantastic. I advise everyone to come and ask for Christie when you visit.

My experience at this Pizza Hut was extremely disappointing. The pizza arrived cold, barely lukewarm, and was incredibly dry due to a lack of sauce. Despite ordering the 'Supreme' pizza, it had very few toppings. Furthermore, my request to have it cut into 16 pieces instead of 8 was ignored. I suspect I received a rejected order. I strongly advise avoiding this location.

My experience at this restaurant was marred by the extremely rude assistant general manager. I was told I was wrong about the absence of buffalo sauce on my pizza, which was incorrect. I will be contacting the general manager to address this rude and unprofessional behavior.

My experience at this Pizza Hut was the worst I've encountered. I ordered pizza melts, but the cheese and pepperoni were not even cooked, being raw on one side. I also requested red pepper flakes and received Parmesan cheese instead. The service was bad, and I regret leaving a tip. I wish I could take it back.

My experience at this restaurant was very positive. The location was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful, and my pizzas were ready in a timely manner. The pizzas themselves were warm and tasty. I particularly enjoyed the crispy and appetizing pepperoni, and the mouthwatering Hawaiana with bacon. It's a great place, and I would definitely come back!

I ordered delivery of an extra large one topping pizza from Pizza Hut, which was only 1. 4 miles from my house. Unfortunately, the pizza arrived ice cold and over an hour after I placed the order. This was totally unacceptable. I will not order food from this Pizza Hut in the future.
