My experience at this restaurant was quite negative. We arrived and were told the restaurant opened one hour later than advertised. I ordered a pizza and was initially told it would take 20 minutes. Unfortunately, after 40 minutes, they had not even started preparing the pizza. The staff member at the front desk seemed indifferent and could have cared less about the situation. Due to the poor service and excessive waiting time, I would not recommend this establishment.

My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! The pizza was a 10/10, and the service was equally impressive. Alexandria and the Chef were amazing with us. We highly recommend trying the Demon Hunter pizza. It's a dish your kids will love!

My pizza was fire 🔥, but I had an issue with my salad. I ordered Uber Eats and when my food arrived, it was packaged properly. However, upon opening my salad, it was clear they had given me an old chicken cutlet. It even smelled funny. I tried calling the location, but there was no answer. Hopefully, someone from this location sees this review and, next time, checks the quality of the food so they don't serve old items to customers.

It’s unbelievable that people will rate badly this pizza. I’ve been to Italy 3 times, and I can confidently say this is the best pizza in Orlando! The Service, Atmosphere, and Food all received a perfect 5/5 rating.

My experience at the restaurant was extremely disappointing due to the service. The waitress, specifically the one with fake glasses and a “faith” tattoo, was incredibly rude. To make matters worse, she touched the food with her bare hand. This completely ruined my appetite, and I will never be coming back.

Although the wait was a little longer than expected, it was absolutely worth it! The food was delicious! Our waitress, Alexandra, went above and beyond. We will definitely be back to eat here whenever we visit Florida in the future. Good job, everyone!

My experience at this restaurant was great! We always pick up our orders, so it’s guaranteed to be fresh and hot. I highly recommend the specialty pies, the kale salad, and the meatballs.

I placed a large online order the day before it was needed, requesting it by 12: 15 PM. On the day of the order, it was an hour late. I tried calling the restaurant but received no answer. Seeing that a driver was assigned, I called the driver to inquire about the delay. The driver passed the phone to an employee who informed me they were on their last pizza. Despite ordering a day in advance, our order finally arrived at 1: 44 PM.

My experience at Bruno Pizza was great. The service was wonderful and the pizza was top-notch.

My experience involved ordering a large margarita pizza. Unfortunately, it was basically all sauce and the sauce did not taste good. This was a take-out order.
