Mixed Experience with Long Waits
My experience at this cool spot involved sitting upstairs with a nice view of the downstairs. However, it seemed like there was only one server for the entire inside, leading to a long wait for everything. This was particularly noticeable upstairs, as tables rarely saw the server. We ordered the Fancy Margherita, which was good but arrived warm, not hot from the oven. The pesto potato was hot and crispy, and both dishes were good, though not amazing. The Little Gem Caesar was decent but nothing special, and the Arancini was mediocre, which was disappointing as I love arancini.

Amazing Pizza and Great Experience!
My experience at Pinsa Rossa was excellent! I absolutely loved my dinner. The pizza crust was amazingly light, a result of their 72-hour process, and the toppings were delicious. The staff was nice and efficient, and it seemed like all the customers were really enjoying themselves. Excellent!

Outstanding Service by Fifa!
My experience at the restaurant was truly elevated by the exceptional service provided by Fifa. From the moment we were seated, Fifa was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive without being intrusive. Their extensive knowledge of the menu led to excellent recommendations, and they even anticipated our needs proactively. What truly stood out was Fifa's genuine kindness and professionalism, creating a sincere and enjoyable atmosphere. Our drinks were consistently refilled, our orders were accurate, and small details were never missed. It's rare to encounter someone who combines such efficiency, knowledge, and a positive attitude. Fifa is a definite asset, and I'll be returning for the outstanding service as much as for the food.

Terrible Service and Mediocre Food
My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly negative. The manager and waitstaff were incredibly rude, slamming plates and treating customers terribly. The food was also very low tier, and I believe there is much better pizza in SF. I witnessed them treat one party at another table with disrespect, making them feel different and marginalized. It was very obvious how they treat 'certain' clientele. I will not be going back.
