Delicious Pizza and Pasta, Worth the Wait
My experience at this restaurant was a tale of anticipation and delicious reward. My friend from out of town and I arrived later in the evening to find the place full. We waited outside for an outdoor table to become available.
Once seated, the server promptly turned on the heater for us and took our order quite quickly. The food arrived and was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed both pizza and pasta, and both were truly amazing!

Delicious Food, Loud Atmosphere
I had been wanting to check out Pink Onion for a while, and it was totally worth it! They have a nice wine selection that pairs really well with their food. The pasta tartufo was amazing, super creamy with seasonal truffle and Parmesan.
I also tried the Gotham pizza, which seems to be a local favorite, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. However, the noise level was very loud, making it hard to hear.

Absolutely Loved My Vegan Pizza!
I absolutely LOVED my pizza! I tried the vegan one with eggplant (I forget the name), and it was a literal 10/10! I will definitely order from here again!

Disorganized Service, Decent Food
My experience at this restaurant was just OK. The staff seemed disorganized, with multiple servers checking in frequently, even when we indicated we were fine. My cutlery was noticeably dirty, and it took a long time to get a replacement, arriving after the appetizers.
I also had to ask for small plates to share. The order was messed up due to poor communication among the staff. The two pizzas were decent, and the meatballs appetizer was good.
However, the mussels and pasta were just OK, with the pasta lacking flavor and the mussels being bland. I don't see myself returning soon, especially for dine-in patrons, though I noticed many to-go orders. They need to improve their dine-in experience.

Creative Pizzas, Delicious Experience
I tried 5 different pizzas, and they were all great and super creative! My personal favorite was the patataccia, which features potato and ricotta. It was a fantastic experience.

Mixed Feelings on Value and Food
I came here for dinner and had mixed feelings about my experience. The combo meal was a great value, and the portion size was generous, which is hard to find for an Italian restaurant in SF. The mussels were delicious, but the rest of the food was disappointing.
The pizza crust was very hard, and I couldn't get used to the pasta texture. The service was also not great; we had to wait a long time to get our water refilled. I drank all of my water and even had to take my boyfriend's.
While I appreciate the value, I don't think I'll be back.

Amazing Italian Comfort Food!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The service was fast and friendly. I was impressed by the pizza dough, which was light and doughy, and the pastas were tasty with the perfect amount of salt and chewiness.
The flavors truly hit the spot if you're craving Italian comfort food at an amazing price point. I'm even considering their Tiramisu as the best I've ever had. All the food felt incredibly fresh, and I left feeling good, not bloated or lethargic.

Generous Portions and Delicious Pasta!
My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! We came as a group of 3, planning to order the $60 dinner deal and potentially add a side if needed. However, the portion size was incredibly generous, and we left feeling completely stuffed!
The magic mushroom pizza was a highlight, with a delightful hint of truffle that you could taste from the oil. The combination of mushrooms and prosciutto was excellent. We all absolutely loved the pesto di pistachio pasta; it was creamy yet light and paired wonderfully with the salad.
The restaurant itself is quite small, so I highly recommend booking a reservation. The dinner deal is definitely worth it, and I would absolutely come back :))

Delicious Pizza and Great Service!
My experience at the restaurant was largely positive. The food was great, with both the #7 pizza and Ike's pizza being delicious. The meatball appetizer was also yummy.
While the wine could have been colder, the service was lovely. We will definitely be back, and next time we plan to try the $60 menu. They ran out of rose but offered a great orange wine.

Unacceptable DoorDash Order Cancellations
My experience with this restaurant was incredibly frustrating due to their handling of DoorDash orders. We waited 1. 5 hours for our food, only to have our first order cancelled.
Our Dasher had been waiting for over 25 minutes, and the ETA kept getting delayed before the cancellation. When I called, the restaurant claimed they couldn't find the Dasher, which seemed odd. We reordered, and the second Dasher also faced significant delays, being told by the restaurant to wait even after being marked as ready.
The Dasher eventually revealed that the restaurant was purposely cancelling DoorDash orders and turning Dashers away because online orders apparently have no tips. This is unacceptable, especially when we love this place. If they don't want to take online orders, they should disable their DoorDash account.
We were very confused and disappointed.
