Surprisingly Tasty Morning Treat!
I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. My experience was great! I ordered a White Chocolate Mocha and a sandwich this morning, and both were incredibly tasty.
The White Chocolate Mocha latte, in particular, was some of the best coffee I've ever had, and I've traveled to Vietnam and Costa Rica. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect.

Poor breakfast stock at hotel
I went to pick up breakfast to go at 7: 30 am before a meeting. Unfortunately, they were out of stock on nearly every breakfast item. They had no breakfast sandwiches, no breakfast burritos, and didn’t even have cream cheese for their bagels.
This is poor planning for the hotel breakfast option.

Passive racism and discomfort
My experience at this coffee shop was marked by passive racism and deep discomfort, primarily due to the actions of one tall barista. This individual made me feel as though I was doing something wrong simply by being a Black man in the coffee shop and ordering coffee. Despite trying several times, believing it might be a one-off incident, the feeling of being treated like I was committing a crime persisted.
It's unfortunate because the other staff members are cool. I wish they would just put up a sign saying 'NO BLACKS ALLOWED! ' to be upfront about the experience.

Disappointing Food, Good Coffee
My experience at this restaurant was mixed. The food was on par with a gas station, which was quite disappointing. However, the coffee was good.
I was also sad to see there wasn’t a single pineapple option on the menu.

Delicious Latte and Great Service!
My experience at the restaurant was wonderful. I was served by a barista named Joanna, who was incredibly kind and thoughtful, providing overall wonderful customer service. We had a great conversation while she prepared my order.
I enjoyed a delicious latte and a bagel. My food arrived quickly, and the latte was superb! It was an overall great experience, and I will definitely be back.

Great Latte, Limited Menu Options
I had an excellent whole milk latte during my visit. My experience was rated 4 stars because the menu options felt similar to Starbucks, with items being premade and needing to be warmed up. I enjoyed a great slow morning in the restaurant, and the seating options were fantastic, earning five stars for atmosphere.

Hotel coffee kiosk, not a restaurant
My experience was that this place is essentially a coffee kiosk with microwave food. It's fine for what it is, like a hotel coffee, but it's not a restaurant. The food quality was rated low, while the service and atmosphere were rated highly.

Disappointing Lack of Pineapple Options
Despite being named the Pineapple Cafe, I was disappointed to find a lack of pineapple options. While names aren't always indicative of a restaurant's offerings, this was especially heart-breaking for a pineapple fan. Otherwise, it's a nice, cozy cafe that would compliment a hotel.
It might be a good place to grab a quick breakfast or lunch, but it's a bad place to find pineapple.

Nice cafe, but pricey
My experience at this cafe was that it was pretty expensive for what it is, but it's a nice cafe nonetheless. It's a good place to avoid the crowds if you still want a bit of that cafe feel.

Nice staff, peaceful but limited menu
My experience at the restaurant was pleasant due to the nice staff and the quiet peaceful atmosphere. However, the menu was small and limited, which wasn't entirely to my taste. It's a nice place, just not my cup of tea.
