As someone who enjoys sweet treats, I really appreciated the cream puff they provide.

My experience at the restaurant featured soft and yummy tendon and brisket 😋. The broth was warm and fine for a rainy, cold evening. I was hoping for boiling hot broth and a bit more flavor.

By now, Pho Than is a Seattle establishment. I always order the veggie pho, so fair warning. But it's as delicious as they come. Tofu, carrots, and broccoli are the veggies and protein along with the pho broth. It's all deliciously citrusy with the dash of lime, sprouted beans and basil. The Cap Hill one is centrally placed in Broadway. Service was super fast. Parking isn't easy but there is a QFC nearby if you'd like to combine this with some grocery shopping.
