My experience at Phi Long was fantastic! They hit the spot with their tasty tofu bahn mi. I highly recommend ordering a fried egg on top, and I personally like mine extra spicy with extra jalapeño. I appreciate that they don’t fry or shred the tofu, making it a healthier option. The staff are super nice, and it's also great value. Overall, a highly recommended vegetarian option!
