Disappointing Experience: Slow Service, Bland Food
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The service was slow, and the food was not good, tasting rather tasteless in my opinion. I also did not enjoy the overall vibe.

Instagrammable Vibe, Unimpressive Food
I was absolutely looking forward to visiting this restaurant, making a special trip out of my way because of its very instagrammable location. While the vibe is definitely there and the servers are very friendly, accommodating and kind, as a foodie, I was unimpressed with the food. The fries (papalonas dish) were delicious and the Brussel sprouts too. However, the Cesar salad was a no go; it was not deconstructed, served as a wedge with a steak knife, and the dressing was way too salty, requiring me to send it back. The fairytale pumpkin dish was not it, with less than a palmful of quinoa. Although the pumpkin was well grilled, I would not order this dish again, especially since the recommendation to eat it with tortillas seemed questionable. The drinks are good. Overall, I would not return for the food.

Beautiful Brunch with Delicious Classics
My experience at this restaurant was wonderful. We sat on the patio, which was beautifully surrounded by bushes, succulents, and flowers. The decor was kitchy and fun. I particularly enjoyed their wonderfully delicious take on classics like avocado toast, grilled cheese, and french toast; the taste was so much more than the name implies. The restaurant is located inside the former Ferguson hotel. On Sunday, there was live music and vendors in the common space, which was beautiful to stroll through after lunch.

Fantastic Food, Okay Atmosphere
My experience at this restaurant was largely positive, primarily due to the fantastic food. I was so impressed with the culinary offerings. However, I'm only giving the atmosphere 4 stars because it wasn't as luxurious as one might expect, especially considering the high quality of the food. Despite this minor point, I highly recommend this place!

Awesome Eclectic Experience!
We decided to try Peyote out on a whim and it was awesome. The eclectic menu offered something for everyone, and four out of our party of four loved their meals. The cocktails were also excellent. My wife loved the succulents and cactus that dotted the outdoor nesting area. Go try them out!

Cool 50s Vibe, Tasty Latin Food
My experience at this little place on Fremont Street was great! The restaurant has a fun Latin inspired menu that is reasonably priced and tasty. The short rib and the ceviche were particularly good. The service was great, and the whole building has a 1950s old Vegas vibe. I highly recommend the Leche De Tigre Ceviche.

Exceptional Dining Experience with Stellar Service
Walking into Peyote, I was immediately greeted by an ambiance that promised an unforgettable dining experience. This promise was not only fulfilled but surpassed, thanks especially to the unparalleled service and remarkable culinary delights. The menu at Peyote is a testament to the chefs' dedication to excellence, with dishes that are as visually stunning as they are palatably pleasurable. Two items stand out and come highly recommended for anyone venturing into this gastronomic paradise: the Leche de Tigre Ceviche and the Tiradito. Both dishes offer a burst of flavors that are a delightful dance on the palate, signifying the careful thought and profound expertise behind their preparation. While the food at Peyote sets a high standard on its own, the star that elevates the entire dining experience shines from behind the bar. Sophia, the bartender, is nothing short of a mixological maestro. Her ability to craft drinks that are not just beautiful and delicious but perfectly tailored to individual tastes is unparalleled. Sophia's skill set goes beyond the extensive menu, venturing into the realm of creation, where with just a hint of your preferences, she can conjure a drink that feels like it was made just for you. Sophia's expertise is matched by her effervescent spirit and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that each visit to Peyote is more than a meal—it's a moment of relaxation and joy, akin to being welcomed home. Her welcoming energy is contagious, setting a tone for the evening that is both comfortable and luxurious. It is this incomparable combination of culinary mastery and personal touch, largely imparted by Sophia, that makes Peyote a gem worth returning to. On each visit, I find myself hoping she's there, not just for the incredible drinks, but for the warm, personalized service that she embodies. Sophia is not only a tremendous asset to Peyote but an embodiment of what makes the restaurant truly special. She deserves every accolade, including recognition of her invaluable contribution to the dining experience. The entire experience was made even more memorable by the delightful presence of Charlie, the manager. His genuine warmth and friendliness immediately put us at ease, shaping our experience in the most positive way imaginable. Charlie's approachable and caring demeanor truly stands out, making it clear that he is deeply dedicated to ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. It's rare to encounter someone who can so effortlessly make a significant difference in the way you experience a place, but Charlie does just that with his friendly face and kind interactions. Our visit was not just about the environment or the offerings but was significantly uplifted by the personal touch provided by Charlie. In sum, Peyote is more than a restaurant; it's a haven where fine dining meets exceptional service, thanks to talents like Sophia. Whether you're a first-timer or a returning patron, Peyote promises an experience that will leave you yearning for your next visit.

Excellent Food, Service, and Atmosphere!
My experience at this restaurant was truly wonderful. The menu was thoughtful and interesting, and it was executed very well. Although we didn't drink this time, we're eager to return and try the cocktails. The service was friendly and attentive, and our food arrived fast. The patio decor was unique and well executed. We will definitely be back!

A Delicious Drive Worth Taking
This was a great find and well worth the drive off the strip. We started out with amazing cocktails made by the awesome bartender Sophia. She nailed the types of drinks my parents liked with just a vague description of their preferences. Highly recommend ordering the brussel sprouts for an appetizer and octopus for dinner. You won't be disappointed.
