Expired Sauce with Takeout Order
I bought some chicken today and paid extra for a packet of sauce. Unfortunately, it turns out the sauce was expired.

Disappointing Korean Fried Chicken
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing, particularly with the food. The chicken was definitely not Korean fried chicken. It looked and tasted like frozen chicken that had been refried. I could also smell the oil, and the smell was terrible near the back of the store.

Inconsistent Wings, Sticky Surfaces
My first experience at Pelicana was heavenly; the crispy chicken wings were plump, juicy, and flavorful, served steaming hot with delicious sauces and sides so good they could be a main course. However, after a few months, I noticed their chicken quality is inconsistent across the menu. While I understand this might be expected, the pricey side makes me hesitant to gamble on quality. Despite this, it's still a good spot for a beer and sides like fries, onion rings, or the amazing, though not always available, peli balls. Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness needs improvement; everything has a slightly sticky feel, and the windows are filthy. On the positive side, the staff are incredibly nice and always friendly, and the music and atmosphere are usually fun. If you love wings, you must try this place at least once!

Amazing Food and Service!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The food was absolutely fire, and the atmosphere was great. I especially want to shoutout our server, Alex, who was a highlight of our experience and took good care of us. I definitely recommend this place for a fun dinner or if you’re looking for something bomb to eat after a night out.

Absolutely Loved Every Bite!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I absolutely loved EVERY SINGLE BITE. The chicken was incredibly flavorful, with a perfect crispy, tender, and savory texture. The owner was super nice and friendly, taking the time to explain each flavor. Overall, this was one of the best Korean style fried chicken experiences I’ve had in Seattle.

Decent Food, Poor Service & Atmosphere
This was my first time trying this restaurant. The food was decent with large portions and was nice and flavorful. However, this is NOT a place for cocktails; they have limited options and lean more towards soju and beer. The service was not great and definitely needs improvement. After receiving our food, we felt neglected and had to chase someone down to pay, which was disheartening and ruined the experience. The restaurant is also not space accessibly friendly, with tightly packed tables making it uncomfortable to navigate. The lighting was very low and dim, especially in the bar area, making it feel like we were sitting in the dark. This place might be best for takeout or for college students. While the food is worth trying once, I likely won't return.

Kitchen Closing Time Information Needed
My experience at the restaurant was frustrating because they should let people know what time the kitchen closes online so they don’t make people drive to the restaurant for nothing. This lack of information led to a wasted trip.

Amazing service and atmosphere!
My experience at the restaurant was overwhelmingly positive. I accidentally broke a bottle of beer, and the staff were incredibly sweet and quick to ensure I was okay and to clean up the mess. They even brought me a new bottle of beer immediately. I am very grateful for the amazing service and atmosphere!

Inconsistent Chicken, Minimal Service
I have a history with this restaurant, having visited about 6 times or more. Overall, my experience averages around a 3/5, perhaps closer to a 2. 5/5. The chicken is generally good, though its quality can vary depending on my mood. I usually order the boneless chicken with their beer-battered crispy fries, which are excellent. I once tried the cheese balls, but found them to be unpleasantly sweet. The full bar seems more for show; my sister was met with confusion when trying to order a cosmopolitan, and staff directed her to the limited drink menu, which includes a beer tower, beers/soju, and a few signature cocktails. The service is quite minimal, essentially taking orders, delivering food, and presenting the check. Don't expect refills on water unless you're lucky. I've noticed a decline in quality over the past two years, leading to fewer visits. It's a decent spot to kick off a party with a beer tower and chicken, but the price can become steep considering the atmosphere and service quality.

Food Quality Dropped, Service Awful
It’s been two years since my last visit, and I noticed the food quality has dropped a lot while the service was awful. I understand the tablet ordering system, but whenever the food was served, it felt like they just tossed it at us. The checkout experience was even worse.
