My experience at this restaurant was fantastic, especially for vegetarians and vegans. They offer great vegetarian and vegan pizza options, including vegan deep dish and pan pizza. The food quality was excellent, and I was very pleased with the variety available for plant-based diets.

To make matters worse, the staff acted unprofessionally and were unhelpful when I inquired about the significant delay. Overall, the service was poor.

I really miss the Patxi's that used to be in Denver. I had to make a stop here while in SF. I love the sausage and pepperoni deep dish pizza. The food was a perfect 5, and the atmosphere was also a perfect 5. There was no wait, and the service was a perfect 5.

We really wanted to like this place, but our experience was awful. The pizza took about 30 minutes to come out, yet the dough was still raw on the bottom and the toppings were only lukewarm. The waitress seemed completely disengaged, spending most of her time on her phone in the corner instead of checking on tables. To make things worse, even though we arrived an hour and a half before closing, the staff had already started cleaning grease traps, which made the whole restaurant smell like raw sewage while we were eating. The tables themselves were sticky and unclean, adding to the overall unpleasant environment. It also took over 10 minutes just to get our server’s attention for the check, despite us being the only people in the restaurant. Sadly, the quality seems to have gone downhill since Covid, and this visit left us very disappointed.

My experience at this restaurant was quite unusual. I ordered a Neapolitan pizza with spinach, but what arrived was a garlic bomb. While it wasn't entirely bad, the execution was frankly ridiculous. The center of the pizza was soggy, essentially wet dough overloaded with an overwhelming amount of garlic. I'm unsure about the recipe's origin, but it definitely needs revision. I considered complaining and requesting a new pizza, but my primary reason for visiting was to charge my phone. Therefore, I'm giving one star for the pizza and one star for the convenient outlet by the table. Thanks for the electricity!

My experience at this restaurant was awful. They are definitely short on staff, and orders take so long to get ready. I arrived when my order should have been ready, but was told to wait an additional 15 minutes, and I'm not even sure it would have been ready by then. This will definitely be my last time here.
