Cozy Seattle Vibe with Great Food
My experience at this little coffee shop was great! They have a surprisingly big menu for their size, offering a taste of Seattle alt vibes. The food was good, and I especially appreciated their attention to dietary restrictions, with excellent vegan options and customization available.
The atmosphere was a definite highlight, providing a cozy place that felt a world away from the typical Vegas hustle. While you might have to wait if they're busy, the overall experience, including the service, was fantastic.

So Yummy! Great Birthday Start!
My experience at this restaurant was sooo yummy! We came for my birthday, and it was a great start to my bday. I got the tacos huevos and torta bagel, plus two bloody marys.
Everything was delicious! They also play the best tunes, and the staff all seem chill as hell. As a local, I'm so bummed it took me so long to try this spot.
I will definitely be back!

Amazing Brunch Experience!
My brother recommended this place, and it was literally the best! The experience was just so amazing. Robert was an amazing person with a great smile and sweet gestures.
The food was rated 5/5, service was 5/5, and the atmosphere was also 5/5. It's a quiet place, making it easy to talk. The price per person is between $10–20, and the wait time is up to 10 minutes.
We enjoyed it for brunch.

Decent Food, Cold Coffee, and Pricey Burgers
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. It's a counter-service place where you pay first and then sit down, with food brought out when ready. The food itself was decent, and the jalapeno ranch was perfect with the fluffy fries.
However, the price of $40 for two burgers didn't match the quality I expected, and the meat on the non-smashed burger tasted basic. A significant letdown was the cold coffee, which came out of a canteen. While they offered to switch it for a soda, it wasn't a good recovery after we'd already left a big tip and paid.
It's odd for a business with 'coffee' in its name not to focus on coffee temperature and freshness. The protein-style burger also had all the sauces slapped on instead of being served on the side as requested, making it messy with too much mayo. It might be a good spot for a quick breakfast bite, but that's about it.

Best Brunch Spot in Downtown Vegas
My experience at The Parlour Coffee & Cooking was outstanding, solidifying it as one of the best brunch spots in downtown Las Vegas. The food was incredible; the fried chicken and waffles were perfectly crispy and golden, and the breakfast sandwich with bacon, potatoes, and a runny egg was next-level comfort food. Even their candied pecan latte tasted like dessert in a cup!
The vibe was cozy, and the staff were super friendly, making it a great place for casual meetings or slow weekend mornings. Chef Antonio Núñez and his sons have truly created something special here, offering a perfect blend of comfort food, coffee, and community.

Cold coffee and poor service
I just went in to order coffee to go, specifically the Blueberry Joy and Golden Child. The cashier instructed the barista to leave my drinks on the side, which I found perplexing. After waiting for a considerable amount of time, my drinks were served cold and tasted like water.
This was not what I expected from a place that looks so quaint and has appealing food. I will not be returning due to this service experience and wish I could return the drinks.

Great Lattes, Okay Food, Cleanliness Lacking
I discovered this place on TikTok and decided to give it a try. The lattes here were so good I was tempted to get another one before I left. This cafe has tons of drink options.
Since I don’t eat pork and they didn’t have many non-pork breakfast meat options, I tried the chicken and waffles, which were pretty good. My friend had waffles, eggs, and bacon. The prices were very reasonable, and this place is a short walking distance from Fremont Street.
The only reason I’m rating 4 stars is that the cleanliness of the restaurant could be better. I visited during a weekday when it wasn’t that busy, yet there were several dirty tables, and my silverware had food particles on it, so I had to get my own clean ones. I would definitely go back for some coffee or a delicious latte, or even to try any new drinks they have on the menu.
