Pardon my Cheesesteak is IHOP in disguise
My experience at this establishment was confusing. There is no restaurant under the name "Pardon my Cheesesteak"; it appears to be operating directly out of the IHOP kitchen. The food tasted exactly like it does from IHOP.
The food quality was rated a 1, and the price per person was between $10–20.

Tiny Sandwich, Big Disappointment
My experience at this restaurant was a complete waste. I ordered a sandwich that was tiny and flavorless, accompanied by a meager half-handful of fries. I felt completely duped by the experience.
Honestly, I regret not just ordering a sandwich from IHOP, as the quality of the food here made me believe it might have been from there.

Flavorful Cheesesteaks, Basic Fries
My experience involved ordering through Uber, so I can't comment on service or atmosphere. The food was good overall. The cheesesteaks were described as being full of flavor, though they were a bit small in size.
The fries were basic but crispy. I was satisfied with my order.

Frustrating Virtual Restaurant Experience
My experience was quite frustrating. I preordered through Google, but the restaurant claimed they didn't take my card, so I used another, which also didn't work initially. Upon arriving at the address, I struggled to find parking and had to resort to using the sidewalk.
Then, I couldn't locate the restaurant itself. I eventually found out it was a virtual restaurant operating within Bucca De Beppos. The host took 10 minutes to retrieve my to-go bag, but I had intended to eat inside.
I was informed it's illegal to eat in a different restaurant. When I asked for ketchup for my fries, I was told they only had ketchup for cheeseburgers. To top it off, the sandwich was incredibly small, comparable to my phone, with very little meat.
The 15 crinkle fries and a can of Pepsi cost an additional $5. Ultimately, I had to eat in my truck on the sidewalk.

Amazing Cheesesteaks & Great Service!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The cheesesteaks were absolutely amazing. As we were not from the area, we were unaware of the app ordering system.
However, the lovely guy at the hostess stand was incredibly accommodating and helped us out. Thank you again for the wonderful service!

Overpriced fries and stale bun
My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. I was charged $6. 99 for a 1/2 order of fries, which felt like a rip-off.
To make matters worse, the bun was so solid at the bottom, it ruined the meal. My feelings just fell apart because of these issues.

Disappointing Cheesesteak and Fries
I ordered takeout, so I'm giving three stars for service and atmosphere. However, the food only received two stars. The cheesesteak was small, and the chicken was chunked instead of thinly sliced.
There were only about 10 fries in the small portion. I expected more for $20, especially when Jersey Mike's offers a much better experience for less.

Shockingly Bad Service and No Food
I used Uber Eats pickup for a monthly credit, and it was the last day of the month. Returning from the airport late and starving, I picked up my order, which felt surprisingly light. Upon arriving home, I discovered only a container of fries!
Unhappy, I drove back to the store, but the provided phone number didn't work. The employee stated they no longer make the sandwiches because the manager forgets to order the meat. She offered no solution and suggested I call Uber.
I went home hungry. Although the order was eventually canceled, I lost my monthly credit, effectively being charged. This was shockingly bad service.

Cold Food, Hard Chicken - Bad First Impression
My experience was quite disappointing. I had to reorder my food via DoorDash after not receiving it the first time. When the second order arrived, the fries were cold and the chicken tenders were fried so hard that they were inedible.
This was my first time eating in Seattle, and it was definitely not a good first impression.

Online Orders Consistently Canceled
I'd love to be able to write a review on the taste, the service, and the value, but after 3 separate attempts to order from this place, they have once again canceled my order. Why have an online order service if you're not going to process the orders?
