My experience at the restaurant was marked by inconsistency in food handling. Today, I ordered a four cheese soufflé through the drive-thru. It was delivered unboxed, alongside other wrapped food items. When I returned to inquire, the cashier stated they usually come in a bag and provided another soufflé, this time uncovered and in a paper bag. This is particularly confusing as I received the same soufflé in a small box just yesterday. It seems food handling practices are not a specialty here.

My experience at this restaurant was quite negative. I was amazed they are still in business. The food was terrible. The place was full of high schoolers, making it very crowded with no seats available due to all the kids. The overall atmosphere was also poor.

My experience at this restaurant was positive, largely due to the great manager. He truly takes pride in the appearance and service at his establishment. Although my bagel took a little longer to come out, the manager, without any prompting, offered a small complimentary item to apologize for the wait. This was not necessary but greatly appreciated!

On Tuesday, August 26th, I visited Panera Bread at 8: 39 PM. Upon arriving at the drive-thru, I noticed the lights were off. I pulled up and inquired about their closing time, as there was an employee visible in the window. The employee stated, “Whenever the drive-thru screen is off. ” I pointed out that their online hours indicated a 9 PM closing and asked if they were closing earlier. After a hesitation, she replied, “Technically yes, but we just close whenever we want to—usually around 8: 15-8: 30. Our kitchen is currently closed, ” and then closed the window. This was extremely frustrating. If the store does not remain open until 9 PM, the online hours should be updated to reflect this. I was not seeking a full meal, only a few pastries for a work meeting. Instead, my time was wasted, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

My experience at this Panera location continues to be disappointing. The menu has changed, and the portion sizes are now smaller. The kitchen staff is rude and unfriendly. Furthermore, Ana's robotic and dry demeanor makes customers feel thankful for the self-ordering kiosk. Panera is expected to offer a better experience than fast food, but unfortunately, the service and overall experience are comparable.

I paid for these extras, but they were not included. I brought my order and receipt to the manager, who initially disagreed about the size of a half sandwich. Despite showing her advertisements from the Panera website that clearly depicted a larger portion, she maintained her stance. This led to an impasse, and I left without resolution. This location has gone completely downhill, and I strongly suggest avoiding ordering from their app, site, or drive-thru, as I consistently have to return to get the items I've paid for.

If you’re in the US and looking for a healthy place to eat with clean and light options like soup and salad, this Panera Bread location really stands out. I had the chicken noodle soup and it easily makes my top three soups of all time. The flavor was rich, the portion was just right, and everything felt fresh. The environment was quiet, peaceful, and spotless. Staff were kind and the place was well-organized. Nothing felt rushed or messy. I felt comfortable the whole time. Definitely worth visiting.
