I received a text message confirming my order was ready, yet when I arrived, the cashier informed me they had barely received the order. To make matters worse, seven people who arrived after me were served before my order was even started. It was a ridiculous situation.

I ordered my food from GrubHub for pickup. My food was ready, but the employee asked to see my confirmation from GrubHub. I showed her my phone, but she insisted I needed a confirmation. I asked her to show me where it was, as I only saw it in the app. I presented the receipt on my phone, the text message I received after ordering, and noted that I had arrived well past the expected ready time. I became annoyed because the paper receipt on the bag matched the one on my phone. It escalated to the point where I had to pull out my driver's license. While I understand the need to verify the correct person receives the food, it shouldn't require presenting a driver's license. Panda needs to do better at training their employees.

If you're looking for something fast, Panda is the right place! All their food is fresh and tasty, and they offer fair prices. I highly recommend this place, especially for vegetarians!
