Declining Portions and Service
My experience at this restaurant has become disappointing. While I used to enjoy the food, I'm now questioning its quality. The restaurant is no longer giving the same portions as before, and the service is also declining.
They owe me . 4 cents, and while it's a small amount, it contributes to their register being off balance at the end of the day because they owe others as well.

Delicious Kung Pao and Excellent Service!
My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! I requested fresh kung pao, and it was prepared quickly and was absolutely delicious. The service was also top-notch, with servers named Inacio and Joey providing an excellent experience.
Overall, a 10/10 visit!

Excellent Service and Food!
My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly positive. The service was exceptional, with Valeria and Daniel being particularly kind. The food was prepared quickly and tasted great.
I noticed a good working vibe among the employees, and the place was very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and love eating here! I will definitely return and recommend this location!

Declining Service and Portions
I visit this restaurant's location once a week for takeout. When they first opened, the service was great, portions were good, and they took care of you! Now, you walk in, they greet you, but then tell you they'll be right with you and prioritize to-go orders, causing the line to get longer.
There are only two people handling them. I don't understand why one employee can't handle to-go orders while another handles counter service. The portions are also getting smaller.
My wife orders a bowl, and I always get a plate, but tonight's order was surprisingly small. I just wanted to let you guys know that starting next week, I'll be going back to the location on Balboa Ave in San Diego, which is where we used to go. This current location is more convenient, but.

Panda Express is a downgrade
My experience was disappointing because they closed down Pick Up Stix and opened another Panda Express. I found the food at Panda Express to be terrible, and I would advise others not to waste their time or money here. I highly recommend looking up PICK UP STIX instead!

Panda Express Decline in Quality
When this Panda Express first opened, the experience was positive with consistent staff and readily available options. However, since opening, there have been frequent changes in staff, with new faces often in training. This has led to issues such as the white rice being unavailable or forgotten 2 out of 3 times, and a limited entree selection, with only about 3 items available during lunch.
In contrast, the Panda Express location up by Genesee is consistently top-notch.

Rude Service, Inconsistent Portions
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing due to perceived racism and inconsistent service. I observed the staff giving generous portions of walnut shrimp to Hispanic customers while I was given a smaller portion, with some even removed from my plate. This happened despite me being next in line and intending to order the same items.
I work nearby and visit often, but this experience has made me decide to never return. I contacted customer service, but they were unhelpful. It seems this location is known for favoring friends and family with larger portions.

Disappointing Portions, Amazing Staff
My experience at this Panda Express was disappointing due to the portion sizes. I've never received so little food from a Panda before. While they load up the sides, the main food portions are minimal.
The staff, however, were amazing; they seemed like they were under pressure or being watched, which was unfortunate. I will not be returning to this location.

Awkward Experience, Messed-Up Order
This was my second time experiencing a messed-up order. I simply wanted extra chow mein, but it was still incorrect. The entire experience was awkward and uncomfortable, especially having to address such a simple issue publicly.
I was also double-charged, and the employees seemed completely lost, unable to form complete sentences. Consequently, I left without a proper order. The food appeared to have been sitting out for a while, and before I could request a new order, an employee, moving too fast, wasn't listening.
My food was handled by three different employees before I was allowed to leave. The food was literally slapped together. I'd rather they keep the money; Pick Up Stix was better.
Anyone giving this place 5 stars likely received free food.
