Mixed Panda Express Experience
My experience at Panda Express was varied. The Palm Avenue and Hill Crest locations were very nice. However, the Fashion Valley location was just okay, primarily due to the employee service, which consisted of only one person.
Overall, it was an acceptable experience.

Food Poisoning Ruined Vacation
My experience at this restaurant was extremely negative. I got food poisoning from the meal, which completely ruined my vacation. The food was very cheap, but considering the price, it was still a bad experience.
The food quality was rated a 1 out of 5, and the overall experience was disappointing.

Reliable Airport Dining
My experience at this restaurant was positive, especially considering it's an airport location. I found the food to be reliable hot food, which is exactly what you want when traveling. I tried the Beijing beef and mushroom chicken, and both were satisfying.
The atmosphere was also great, rated at 5. Overall, it was a good meal with no wait time.

Extremely Rude Manager and Poor Food Quality
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The food, which was supposed to be chicken, tasted like starch and sugar. As a diabetic, I found this particularly concerning.
I asked the manager, Miza, to change the dish, describing it as the "sweetest chicken on earth. " However, she refused, stating, "I won't do it. Go do whatever you want to do.
" Her response was extremely rude and impolite, and she does not seem to be suited for a customer service manager role.

My experience at this restaurant was excellent, especially considering it's a popular stop for travelers. The team was well-organized and worked with great energy, ensuring the line moved quickly despite the steady flow of customers. Great Food, Service, and Value!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The price was comparable to fast-food chains outside the airport, offering great value. Ana provided amazing customer service, ensuring our order was dished up quickly.
The cashier was also very sweet and even gave us extra sauces. The food was fresh with lots of options, and nothing looked like it had been sitting out. The seating in the food court was ample.
Thank you to Ana and the rest of the staff for a wonderful experience!

Disappointing Lunchtime Experience
I visited for lunchtime at the North Island location (NASNI). Unfortunately, they were out of several items: Beef Broc. Teriyaki Chkn, Spicy Chkn.
I wanted a 2-2 combo but ended up with a 1-1/2 combo. One of my combos had pepper steak, but there were only 4 tiny pieces of beef. I also ordered what was supposed to be Kung Pao Chicken, but received sweet and sour chicken instead.
The other combo only contained noodles, steak, and shrimp. It felt like the server just put whatever was available into the box. We paid with our hard-earned money and were hungry when we came to buy food.
Please don't be so stingy; for the price we paid, we could have had better food.

Spicy Orange Chicken Overcooked
My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. I tried the spicy orange chicken, but every piece was fried so much that it was no longer chicken, just crunch. This made the food experience very disappointing.

Best Panda Express Ever!
Apparently, according to other reviews, I must have just gotten lucky or something. This was the best Panda Express meal my boyfriend and I ever had, hands down. Everything was fresh and hot and it was amazing.
Pretty sure the upcharge is just a fee for using a credit/debit card. It was sooo good!

Great Food, Poor Service
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The food was excellent, receiving a perfect score of 5, and the atmosphere was also top-notch with a score of 5. However, the service was a significant letdown, rated at 1.
I observed the cashier on his cell phone, watching videos while assisting customers, which I found to be rude and unprofessional.
