My experience at this restaurant was mixed. The pizza itself was good, but the slices were surprisingly tiny for the price of $4. 75 plus tax each. I've been to other locations where the slices were much bigger, so I'll be going to those locations from now on. On the positive side, the guy at the counter was very helpful and quick.

My experience at this restaurant has been a mixed bag. The food is consistently good and perfect. However, recently, the staff has been super distracted and not very customer service oriented. If the experienced guy who works in the back isn't there, picking up a confirmed ready order can take up to 10 minutes, which is quite frustrating.

Our first pizza experience since moving here was fantastic! We tried the Burrata Soppressata and the Parma Primo, and they were both insanely tasty. We'll definitely be ordering those two again. Plus, they had an awesome BOGO deal!

What was my experience at this pizza place? I was looking for a spot where I could just relax, have a few beers, and enjoy some slices. I ordered one cheese and one pepperoni pizza. Surprisingly, I ended up liking the cheese pizza more; it was a solid slice with no complaints. The only minor wish for the cheese was a bit more char on the undercarriage, but as long as the pizza is krispy, I'm happy. The crust on the pepperoni was a little doughy, but considering the reasonable prices, it was acceptable. I'm enjoying my time here, sitting outside on a nice day, though I do wish it wasn't parked next to an intersection – that's just me being picky. The staff was polite and even reheated my slice, which was a very nice touch. Hell yeah!

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I used to live near here about 10 years ago, and my wife craved this place when she was pregnant with our first child. We recently stopped by with that same child, now 10 years old, on our way to a hockey tournament in Canada. To my delight, the place was even better than before. I truly wish we had a location down in Oregon!

I LOVE all the employees at this location. Everyone is great! But Rowan, who was the cashier today, I have to single her out. She is a class act, and so sweet. I came in today, was having a bad day due to my health problems, and Rowan was a bright light to my dark day! Thank you so much.

My experience at this Pagliacci Pizza was marked by a small parking lot, a tiny dining area, and huge prices. As a Seattle native, I'm familiar with Pagliacci, a local chain known for better quality than national franchises, but at exorbitant prices. While they offer some fancy toppings and seasonal varieties, the inconsistent quality of their toppings (quantity and quality) and dough makes it hard to justify the cost. This location is fine for a quick slice to go, and I suspect it primarily functions as a delivery kitchen.

My experience at Pagliacci was a mixed bag. The pizza was good, as expected. However, my slice could have been warmed a little more. I also would have enjoyed a quieter dinner, as it was one of the busier dining room experiences I've had, with Friday nights seeming popular with families. Despite the noise, the place was clean and the flow of people in and out of the dining room ensured there was always enough room for folks to sit. I appreciate that there are always 2 veggie pizzas to choose from. At $5/slice, I felt I got a bargain for my experience.

My first time dining in after years of ordering takeout was a fantastic experience. The service was excellent, with a young woman who was very quick, detailed, and friendly. We started with the large Sicilian salad, which had an arugula base with chicken and sun-dried tomatoes, plus some delicious dried blueberries or currants that added a nice berry twist. The salad was absolutely delicious, and the vinaigrette was perfectly balanced, making it an ideal appetizer. Its large size was great for sharing between two people and could easily accommodate one or two more. The pizza arrived piping hot, and we were impressed by the generous toppings, which made it very satisfying. They didn't skimp on the feta, creating an incredibly delicious and filling Mediterranean-style experience. I will definitely order the exact same items again.

I've lived in Seattle for just over a year and have ordered from this Pagliacci over a dozen times. My experience has been consistently positive, with incredible pizzas and salads, and a good beer selection. What truly stands out is the service; no matter who I interact with – be it on the phone, in the shop, or the delivery person – they’re always so friendly and helpful. They recently even gave away free slices to celebrate an anniversary, which was a nice touch.
