My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. The bagels were tough, and there weren't many flavor choices. The lox was leathery and overly salted, which was a real letdown. Additionally, the menu signage was poor, making it difficult to understand the offerings. I don't understand why there was a wait here. I won't be going back.

My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The pastries and coffee were excellent, truly a highlight. However, the service was unfortunately not great. I encountered dead-eyed, disaffected college students who seemed indifferent to getting orders right, and even less inclined to fix them when mistakes were pointed out. If you can overlook poor service for good food, this might be your place.

My experience at this restaurant was quite enjoyable. I found the bagels to be delicious and the place itself to be cozy. I ordered a sesame bagel, and while it was good, it would have been even better with more sesame seeds. They offer a wide variety of bagel toppings and an extensive selection of other dessert and pastry options. I also appreciated their use of compostable cups.

My experience at this restaurant was positive. It's a large place and was quite busy, but ordering was easy. I particularly enjoyed the great tuna on focaccia; I'm usually quite picky about tuna sandwiches, so this was a pleasant surprise.

My experience at this restaurant was wonderful. It has the vibes of a Scandinavian coffee shop, complete with an incredible carrot cake full of pepitas. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was top-notch.

My experience at this restaurant was very positive. I enjoyed a delicious salmon cream cheese bagel on an everything bagel. Additionally, they offer good pizza and coffee. The service and food were rated a perfect 5, and the atmosphere was also rated highly at 5. Reservations are not required, and there was no wait time. The price per person is between $10–20, and the restaurant is suitable for all group sizes.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I absolutely loved the pizza. The pastries and baked goods were also a highlight, and the coffee was "on point. " I also appreciated that the matcha was strong. Overall, a great experience with excellent food and drinks.

We love Oxbow! As locals, we're so happy to have such a high-quality bakery and coffee shop in our neighborhood. We particularly enjoyed the veggie sandwich and ham and cheese sandwich, as well as the cheese knot! The coffee drinks are also high quality, though the service can be a little slow. We wish they offered more sandwich options so we could visit more often! Almost forgot to mention, the pizza on Friday/Saturday nights is delicious. The crust might be the best in Seattle. While we wish they put a little more toppings on the pizza, it's still a solid 8/10!

I’m so glad I ate here! If I come back to Seattle, I’m definitely stopping in again. We had the ham & cheese sandwich, focaccia, white chocolate & sesame cookie, cappuccino, and cold brew — everything was delicious. The space is comfortable with high ceilings and a chill atmosphere. The service can be a bit slow, but the food and vibe more than made up for it. Highly recommend!

My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! Although the line was initially long, it moved extremely quickly. We decided to split the vegetarian sandwich, which turned out to be a great decision because it was enormous and Fred Flintstone size. Oh, and it was totally delicious!
