My experience at this restaurant was fantastic. We love coming here to eat for lunch. The staff is always smiling and treats us well. The food is amazing and never disappoints. The manager on duty was welcoming and took care of the place, ensuring it was nice and clean. We also appreciated the good portion of food.

My experience at this restaurant was marked by amazing food, but unfortunately, the outrageous prices were a significant drawback. I did notice that the Summerlin location is about 20% cheaper after the latest price hike.

I’ve gone here a couple times with my son and never had any bad service. I thought it was great that as soon as you walk in, you get a greeting. I also like the fruit. I think it’s better than Chipotle and better than Café Rio.

My first dining experience at this restaurant was chaotic and frustrating. Upon arrival, the ordering process was a mess. A lady took our order but repeatedly asked us to repeat it, even for a simple order of Award Winning Fish Tacos plus 3 additional tacos (2 fish & 1 steak) and a side of rice and beans. We then had to go through the same confusion with the cashier, repeating and correcting the order four times. Even with assistance from the first lady, they were still confused, asking how many fish tacos total. After paying, the cashier realized he hadn't charged us for the 3 tacos, requiring a separate transaction. Later, we were called back to clarify the steak taco toppings. When our order arrived, it was still incorrect: the plate with 3 tacos was right, but the Award Winning Fish Tacos entree only had 2 tacos instead of the advertised 3. Explaining this to the staff led to further confusion, possibly due to a language barrier or unfamiliarity with the menu. While the food tasted good once I finally received the correct order, the overall experience was very disappointing. The hassle of repeatedly stating our order, only for it to be incorrect, makes me unlikely to return. For fast Mexican food without this hassle, there are many other options. I suggest implementing a notepad or tablet for order taking to improve accuracy. Additionally, the total cost of $40 for two meals (without drinks) felt very expensive for fast food, with a $7 charge for a side of rice and beans being particularly unreasonable.

I've been a regular at this location for quite some time. Unfortunately, I've noticed that the portions have gotten smaller as time goes on, while the prices keep going up. This location is also inconsistent; the quality of your food depends on who is working. The quality has gotten noticeably worse over time as well. The picture attached is my final straw, and I won't be returning here again.

My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The food was absolutely delicious, earning a perfect score. However, the atmosphere was somewhat marred by a lot of grumpy workers at this location, which detracted from the overall experience.

My experience at this restaurant has been consistently frustrating due to order inaccuracies, primarily attributed to the female staff. They often charge for items not included, such as queso or guacamole, and frequently forget essentials like lettuce or limes. This is a recurring issue. While some employees, specifically the male staff, are amazing, the female staff, including the Mexican female manager, exhibit an attitude as if it's an inconvenience for them to be working. The manager, in particular, is rude and seems unfit for her position. I'm beginning to dislike this location, especially when these particular employees are present.

My experience at this restaurant has been consistently negative due to terrible customer service. The same two older Mexican ladies with nasty attitudes are always working. The majority of the time, they get my order wrong and then try to charge me extra for something I didn't request. This location is terrible, and I wouldn't recommend it.
