Bueno bueno bueno. It was perfect for grabbing a quick bite but with quality food and fast service. You order from one of the tablets. Parking is available on the street.

My staff and students really enjoyed the Zen Bowls and the Meat Complete Bowls. These were definitely a hit.

My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly negative due to the rude employee. An older couple in front of me struggled with the kiosks, and the employee responded with unintelligible grunts, clearly more interested in his phone. This added to the already unpleasant experience of ordering from a machine. The combination of rude employees, kiosk ordering, and a weirdly dark interior made it not worth it. This was supposed to be my first time dining here, but the bad attitude and general rudeness, along with the ordering system and atmosphere, turned me off, and I left.

On the bright side, in terms of cost-benefit, the servers are very friendly, and the ramen is tasty. The atmosphere was rated a 3, and the food a 4. The price per person is between $10–20, and there was no wait time.

I'm just in town for a conference for a few days and I've found my new favorite go-to spot for onigiri! The unagi was especially yummy, and I really enjoyed their wakame salad. The tempura purple yams were also delightful! The portion sizes were perfect and the items were priced well. I've already visited twice and plan on visiting again before I head home. It's not a bad walk from the south part of Union Square, and it's definitely worth it!

My experience at the restaurant was pretty meh. Flavorwise, nothing really stood out. The snow crab was my favorite part of the meal. I found the rice to meat ratio for onigiri to be too high for my taste.

My experience at this restaurant was really good, especially considering the prices. I was able to get a pretty tasty and nutritious meal here for fast food prices. They put a lot more filling in their onigiri than traditional Japanese ones, which I found to be a good thing. The poke options had pretty fresh-tasting fish, and the other varieties had a really good balance of flavors. They also offer a pretty wide selection, and the rice tasted pretty fresh. I'm really happy to have found this place.

My experience at the restaurant was pretty good, especially with their healthy twist onigiri. I particularly enjoyed the chicken teriyaki and unagi options. However, I wasn't a fan of the kori tuna. The edamame was served cold, which I personally prefer warm. My main complaint is that it took a while, about ~20 minutes, to get my food during lunch time. While there were many other customers, I expected onigiri to be a quicker meal.

My husband and I stopped for dinner and it did not disappoint. I got the bento box and my husband customized his bowl. The ingredients were fresh and filling. We will be back!
