Addicted to the Spicy Sauce!

Delicious and Filling Food Court Find!
My experience was super delicious and fresh! The food was amazingly filling for the price. I took it upstairs to sit in the food court and enjoy while people watching.

Difficult to communicate allergy needs
My experience at this restaurant was challenging due to an allergy. I am allergic to sesame and needed to inform the staff not to sprinkle it on my rice ball. Unfortunately, I couldn't leave a note when ordering via the kiosk.
This meant I had to communicate directly with the employees, who are behind a glass screen, making it difficult to get their attention. When I did manage to get their attention, they seemed mildly annoyed, even though I was always polite. At other establishments, I can easily communicate such dietary needs during the ordering process.

Delicious Baked Salmon, Needs Rewards!
As a regular customer, I consistently order 3-4 baked Salmon, which I find to be the best and so delicious. I'm requesting the addition of a rewards system. Having visited many times, I would love to see my loyalty rewarded.

Good Menu, Poor Onigiri Quality
My experience at this restaurant offered a good menu, but unfortunately, the ingredients were not great. Most of the onigiri ended up being sweet and not super tasty. The food quality was rated a 2, while the atmosphere was a low 1.
Service was rated a 4.

Tasty Rice Balls with Portion Inconsistency
My experience at Onigilly was largely positive, centered around their tasty Japanese-style rice balls. They are made with fresh, flavorful sashimi, offering a great option for a quick yet satisfying meal. The flavors are well-balanced.
However, the only downside was the inconsistency in portion sizes; sometimes you get a generous amount of filling, and other times it feels a bit sparse. Still, when it hits right, it’s delicious. It's worth a try if you’re craving something light, fresh, and different!

Disappointing Flavors and Textures
My experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing, primarily due to the food. I found the dishes to be way too salty and over spiced, especially if you were expecting anything like normal onigiri. The Miso Eggplant was mushy, and the spicy miso beef had a sloppy joe-like consistency.
While the service and atmosphere were average (rated 3/3), the food quality (rated 2/3) was a significant letdown.

Bomb.com Krab Salad & Pollock Roe!
My first time here was a great experience. I ordered the Krab salad and the Pollock Roe, and they were both bomb. Com.
This is a great option for a snack if you're feeling hungry before heading home, especially when you don't want a full meal at the mall. I will definitely come back!
