Difficult to communicate allergy needs
My experience at this restaurant was challenging due to an allergy. I am allergic to sesame and needed to inform the staff not to sprinkle it on my rice ball. Unfortunately, I couldn't leave a note when ordering via the kiosk. This meant I had to communicate directly with the employees, who are behind a glass screen, making it difficult to get their attention. When I did manage to get their attention, they seemed mildly annoyed, even though I was always polite. At other establishments, I can easily communicate such dietary needs during the ordering process.
