My experience at the restaurant was absolutely DELICIOUS. I ordered a banh mi and one of their original Vietnamese coffees. The bread was baked to my exact likeness, and the banh mi was a flavor bomb of goodness that hit all my cravings. I will definitely be back.

The place has 5-star hype all over the internet, and honestly, the cozy, spotless shop alone convinced me to walk in. I grabbed a Grilled Pork and a Lemongrass Beef banh mi to go. The bread is next-level crispy – probably the best I’ve had in Seattle. They even wrap it up nicely, and the to-go bag is cute, which I totally appreciate. One bite and you can taste the quality. The meat is juicy, perfectly seasoned, not dry or heavy at all. The owner was super friendly and even offered a sample of their best-seller coffee. The salted foam? Creamy perfection. It seriously levels up their Vietnamese coffee made with a mix of arabica and robusta beans. I’m definitely coming back to try more drinks. So glad I stopped by—this place just became one of my must-stop spots whenever I’m in town!
