I absolutely love the bread pudding, the turmeric latte, and the restaurant's commitment to providing an inclusive space for social, alcohol-free drinks. However, my experience with the service was unfortunately very negative. As a regular customer who has spent a significant amount of money here, I was deeply disappointed by the staff's reaction when I needed assistance. While walking my dog nearby, I cut my hand and was bleeding heavily. I approached the cafe, thinking I could get some hand sanitizer to prevent infection. It was 5: 30 PM, and they were closing. The moustachioed man behind the counter, who appeared to be idle, immediately dismissed me with a brusque, "We're closed. " Despite my attempts to explain I wasn't looking to order but needed sanitizer for my bleeding hand, he repeatedly cut me off. He eventually, and reluctantly, looked for sanitizer but found none. While I understand the desire to close up, being treated so rudely by a regular customer with a bleeding hand was unacceptable. Thankfully, a kind woman at the gym next door helped me clean my wound. This experience has made me reconsider my patronage.

I tried out this café near the beach for the first time and had an epic breakfast sandwich. It was so good! Highly recommend checking it out.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I enjoyed eating at this little gem tucked away only a block from the beach, close to GG Park. I got the vegan wrap which was delicious. I talked a bit with the owner who's definitely passionate about the NA drinks and infusions. I have never seen such variety and was impressed. I really liked the easy going vibe of the place and the outdoor seating.

My experience at the restaurant was great! I ordered the Epic breakfast sandwich, substituting vegan sausage, and a drip coffee to go. The sandwich was hearty and excellent. The coffee was also great. The service was pleasant and super quick. Thanks!

My experience at this cafe was wonderful. It's a nice little spot with comfortable seating and conveniently located close to the beach. The service and coffee were both excellent. I also appreciated their large selection of non-alcoholic wine, beer, and liquor.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The food was absolutely amazing, and the coffee, specifically from Four Barrel, was the best I've had. What truly made the experience special was the incredibly friendly staff who served us. : -) It's a great spot suitable for all group sizes.

My experience at this restaurant was surprisingly mediocre, especially given its high rating. While the presentation was consistently good, the food quality didn't quite match up. The regular lemonade tasted like it came straight from a can, though the lavender lemonade was excellent if you enjoy that flavor. The avocado toast, while visually appealing, lacked depth in taste, despite fresh ingredients and good bread. The turkey sandwich was average, improved only by the addition of avocado and a flavorful red sauce. The 'Epic Breakfast Sandwich' was only epic due to the Everything bagel; the eggs were as uninspired as the rest of the meal. Nothing was outright bad, but nothing was particularly exciting either. Ultimately, the presentation was the strongest aspect, exceeding the quality of the food.

While the cafe isn't huge inside, I'm always able to find a table, which is super important to me as I often come here to work/study.

This place is a must-visit for its tasty bites, yummy coffee, and especially its NA (non-alcoholic) selection, including kava! I've been here a few times for a delicious breakfast after volunteering at Ocean Beach and was always curious about their NA bottle and can offerings. I was thrilled when they started kava happy hours, and the first one was fantastic. The staff are incredibly kind, friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable, making you feel right at home. It's a great spot whether you're sober, alcohol-free, curious about NA drinks, taking a break from drinking, or just looking for good food by the beach.
