A Hidden Gem with Thai Influences
I must have walked by Nute's a dozen times without realizing it was a hidden gem in the neighborhood. Once I finally found my way in and sampled their offerings, I was pleasantly surprised. The Thai cuisine influenced dishes provided a refreshing change from the usual fare in Cortland. The pork belly salad wrap earned high marks, and the karage was scrumptious. While the Thai curry over noodles wasn't what I expected, the flavors were excellent. The interior is quite cute, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere, a stark contrast to its unassuming exterior. I highly recommend checking it out!

Mind-Blowing Japanese & Fusion Dishes!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic. Although it's a small place and you might expect a wait, it's definitely worth it. The food here is incredible. While the Thai dishes were just average, the Japanese and fusion dishes truly blew me away. The karage was some of the best I've ever had, even compared to Tokyo. The gyoza was great, and anything tempura was usually fab. It's a very cool place, and I highly recommend it.

Delicious Food, Unique Experience
This is a crazy hole-in-the-wall restaurant that can only seat 18 people inside and four people outside. Their COVID street dining setup has turned into a waiting area. They do not accept reservations. When you arrive, make sure you sign up on the sheet because it gets really crowded for Saturday dinner. In regards to the food, everything was delicious from the appetizers to the entrees. But more importantly, this is the first Asian restaurant I know that did not have rice included in their entrees or side dish. My autistic son was shocked and the only alternative available from our waiter was to have plain ramen noodles.
