Fresh Food, Okay Cioppino, Great Salad
My experience at the restaurant was a mixed bag. The food was generally fresh, and the service was good. I tried the Cioppino, which had fresh seafood, but it was just okay.
However, the Cesar salad was really good.

Authentic Italian Delights with Top-Notch Service
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I indulged in excellent old-school Italian food, featuring delicious pastas, Mediterranean fish, and meats. For dessert, I enjoyed traditional Italian treats like tiramisu and zabaglione.
The atmosphere was wonderful, rated a 5 out of 5, and the service was equally impressive, also receiving a 5 out of 5. It was a perfect dining experience for two people with no wait time.

Delicious Food, Excellent Service, Great Ambiance!
My experience at this restaurant was truly delightful. The food was delicious, with thoughtful dishes that my palate appreciated. The service was excellent, and I want to give a special shout out to Apo for his wine recommendations.
The ambience is nice, making it a great spot for groups or family dinners. It was my first time here, and I will definitely be back soon. I highly recommend this place, especially for their great vegetarian options, wine selection, and the most delicious pistachio baklava I've ever had!

Delicious Italian with Excellent Service
My experience at this restaurant was truly delightful. The Italian food was delicious and well-prepared, featuring house-made pasta and fresh ingredients. I particularly enjoyed the falanghina wine, caprese, tortellini, pappardelle, and tiramisu.
The staff was consistently attentive, courteous, helpful, and professional. Our waiter provided a fantastic wine suggestion to complement our dinner. The sourdough bread service, served with excellent olive oil and balsamic, was a wonderful addition.
I hope they continue their excellent service for many years. It was well worth the cost.

Mixed Experience: Good Service, Disappointing Food
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The ambiance was quite vibrant, though it became a rather loud dining environment due to our proximity to the bar. We were initially presented with bread that was too firm to enjoy.
The chicken dish I ordered had a disappointing texture and a noticeable lack of flavor, though the potatoes served as a side were a saving grace. The lasagna didn't meet expectations; one could find a superior version elsewhere. On a positive note, our server was exceptionally pleasant and attentive.

Excellent Food, Service, and Atmosphere!
My experience at this restaurant in San Francisco was excellent. I ate very well, and the coffee was great! The establishment is very well-maintained in its decor.
The welcome from the owner Francesco and the staff, particularly Marcello, was unique. I hope to be able to return one day.

Fantastic Italian with Lively Atmosphere
We had a very good dinner at this Italian restaurant where we were particularly well received, despite our attire not being very suitable for the place's standing and our requests for dish adaptations. The risotto is fantastic, and the wine is delicious. All of this was enjoyed in a lively atmosphere, animated by a pianist with a delightful voice.
The service is top-notch! A small downside: the prices are a bit high.

Rude Server, Bland Food, No Flexibility
I'm usually a picky eater, but I've never felt so offended by a server that I had to argue with them. Maria, the server, was incredibly rude from the start. When I asked for a splash of Baileys or heavy cream in my espresso martini, she flatly refused, stating they didn't have it, which I found unbelievable given the full-service bar and presence of creamy desserts and pasta dishes.
She raised her voice throughout this interaction. The beef carpaccio was flavorless, lacking salt and any discernible balsamic. The prosciutto appetizer, however, was delicious.
For mains, my request to have the frutti di mare with a white sauce instead of tomato was met with a "no" from Maria, who claimed the chef wouldn't make it that way. She seemed unwilling to even ask, making the service feel unprofessional and unhelpful. When I asked for the red sauce on the side, she responded with an attitude, asking if I just wanted "dry noodle with seafood, " which was insulting.
My fiancé intervened, and we ended up ordering the pasta Della Casa. While the pasta was cooked perfectly al dente and the sauce was good, the veal seemed like ground beef. The space is gorgeous, and the busboys and food runners did an amazing job.
However, Maria is a significant issue and liability; her abrasive nature is unsuitable for the service industry.

All Show, No Go
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The food was bland, particularly the pasta, and even the free cannoli lacked flavor, feeling like cardboard. The service was reminiscent of an old-school, practiced rudeness, similar to Tadich but without the appeal.
Given these issues, I'll pass on a return visit.
