Although we've been patrons since they opened, the staff on duty today (April 30, 2025, around 5 PM) provided subpar service. I ordered our usual gyros and received a chunky type of meat that was difficult to chew. When I brought this to their attention, I was told I should have clarified that I wanted traditional gyros. This was unexpected, as the older staff always knew our preferences. If there are multiple gyro options, I should have been asked which one I wanted. While I've loved this place in the past, this experience has dampened my enthusiasm for returning anytime soon.

The atmosphere and service were both excellent on my visits.
