Delicious Food, Poor Service Experience
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The food was delicious, earning a perfect score. However, the service was a significant letdown.
The waitress, who seemed to be the manager, was very impatient and passive aggressive when we were ordering and asking questions. This appears to be a recurring issue based on other reviews. Her demeanor only changed when the owner was present during checkout, at which point she faked a loud 'thank you'.

Horrible Experience with Rude Staff and Missing Items
I have had a horrible experience twice already. The staff were very rude, and our orders were short of ice cream twice. We had to get go orders.
You guys need to do better since all your food items are very expensive.

Rude Service, Overpriced Dessert
My experience at this restaurant was marred by incredibly rude service. The hostess/manager was audibly scoffing, rolling her eyes, and yelling at us to "MOVE! " because I cannot walk without my service dog.
: (My dog was silent, tucked in the corner, out of the walkway, and extremely well-behaved. She needs her to navigate, and this woman absolutely discriminated. She even made us change tables to be "out of sight.
" Not nice. To top it off, for two people, the bill was $28 for dessert.

Awesome Dessert Spot with Amazing Service!
I recently visited Naya and discovered it's one of the best spots for an awesome dessert when you're looking for something beyond a simple scoop of ice cream. The service was amazing, with such great staff who provided fantastic recommendations. I'm giving it a 10/10 and I'm already excited to try the Thai Tea Mille Crepe Cake next time!

Delicious Desserts Near SFO
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic, offering some of the best desserts around SFO. We indulged in the Sticky Rice Mango with Vanilla Icecream, Salted Egg Custard Toasted, and Chocolate Ice Cream. The Mango and Sticky Rice was the standout dish, truly the best out of the lot.
I would definitely recommend trying this place.

Best Bingsu Ever!
My experience at this restaurant was outstanding. I can confidently say this is the best bingsu place I've ever been to. The creamy milk shaved ice combined with delicious fresh toppings was exceptional.
We tried the Mango Tango, which was like having two desserts in one – a perfect blend of mango sticky rice and shaved ice. It was so incredibly good that I can't wait to go back. I no longer feel the need to try any other bingsu place because this one is truly superior.

Best Dessert Ever, Huge Portions!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic, especially the desserts! The Mango Tango was truly the best version of mango sticky rice I've ever had. I also highly recommend the Kaya Toasted.
Be prepared for huge portions; they are not kidding! Despite the generous servings, I couldn't leave a single crumb behind. The food quality is exceptional, making it a must-try for dessert lovers.

Delicious Mango Tango Bingsu, Great for Sharing!
My experience at the restaurant was quite positive, especially with the Mango Tango Bingsu. It was served with fresh mango, mango sauce, and warm sweet sticky rice, which was a delightful combination to alternate with the cold bingsu. The desserts are definitely meant for sharing as the portions are big, suitable for 2-3 people each.
We made the mistake of each ordering one, so we weren’t able to finish unfortunately 😔. Each dessert is priced at about $20 each, which is a bit pricey, but understandable given the large portions intended for sharing. I visited on a Saturday afternoon, and although it was fairly busy, there were a few tables available, so I didn’t have to wait.
The atmosphere and service were rated 5, and the food was also rated 5.

Disappointing New Items, Overpriced
I've visited this restaurant several times and always enjoyed their bingsu, Thai tea roti, Ovaltine dessert, and Tom Yum spaghetti. Today, I decided to try something new and ordered the crispy chicken fried rice and ube cheesecake to go. Unfortunately, I wish I hadn't.
The ube cheesecake was SO DRY, served with what looked like crumbs and even drier yam in sugar. I was really sad because I was looking forward to it, and it was also quite small. The crispy chicken fried rice was also disappointing, with very little egg and no peas or carrots – essentially just chicken and rice.
Both items cost $41, which I don't feel was worth it. I don't think I'll return unless it's just for the Thai tea roti. For the quality, you might as well get popcorn chicken next door ($9) and a fancy ube boba ($8).
They have a $20 minimum for credit card payments, which is fine, but items are typically $12-$16 plus tax and tip. I wasn't given a choice about paying a bag fee for my to-go order; it was just added. Overall, it's pretty overpriced, though they are open late.
I'd recommend sticking to other items on the menu if you visit.
