The college students working the grill need some basic training on how to cook bacon properly and stop serving burned bacon to customers.

I used to frequent this restaurant years ago when I was a grad student, and the guy behind the counter was nice and made good food. It must have been sold since then. Today, I got a French dip with only two thin slices of beef. The au jus came in a plastic container that was too hot to carry back to my hotel. There were no napkins, and no one offered a smile. Perhaps it's because I'm taking my hubby to UW Medical for cancer treatment, but if I find myself back in the U-district, I can safely say I will pass.

While the Service, Atmosphere, and Food all received a perfect score of 5, there was a noticeable difference in the portion size of the meat depending on how the order was placed. If you order for pick up, you get more meat on the sandwich. However, they seem to skimp on the delivery sandwich.
