Extremely Slow Service, Very Loud
My experience at this restaurant was marked by an incredibly loud atmosphere and agonizingly slow service. I felt like I would die before I got my main course. The entire experience was horrible; absolutely nothing seemed to move. I just wanted to eat and go home. After 80 minutes, we had only received our first course.

Disappointing Service at Morton's
We visited Morton's The Steakhouse (San Francisco) on October 26 for my son’s engagement and birthday dinner. We spent over $800 and expected top-tier service. Unfortunately, our experience was far from it. Our waitress argued with me about a salad dressing I was actively eating – I had ordered ranch but received blue cheese. She then rolled her eyes before snatching the plate. Later, she informed us she would “check our receipt” for mashed potatoes that we never ordered. This is certainly not fine dining. While the food was great, it couldn't compensate for the disrespectful service. Morton's needs to retrain its staff on tone, professionalism, and basic courtesy. Guests should not leave a celebration feeling embarrassed and disappointed.

Exceptional Service, Good Food, High Prices
My experience at this restaurant was mixed. While the food was good, it wasn't exceptional, and there was nothing to complain about. The service, however, was extraordinary, a perfect 100%. The dining room is pleasant, contributing to a nice atmosphere. Be aware that the prices are very high, which is something to consider.

My experience at the restaurant was marked by significant delays, especially for takeout orders. I was made to wait for more than half an hour past the given time. The provided metadata indicates low scores for both Service (1) and Atmosphere (1).

Incredible Food, Terrible Service
I've been to this location numerous times, as this is my favorite steakhouse, so I was excited to celebrate a friend's 50th birthday as she and her husband have never been there before. We were seated right away, and my friend's name on the menu for her 50th birthday was a nice touch, but then it went downhill from there. Our server arrived, never told us his name (not a big deal), took our drink & food orders, and disappeared. Gone! Close to 30 minutes went by and we had to flag down a hostess who was seating another party to see where our waiter went. 10 minutes later our waiter showed up with our drinks, and by this time our food came out. We then ordered a bottle of wine for dinner. Big mistake. Again, our waiter was a no-show. And after another 20 minutes, we asked another waitress about the wine, and she said she would find out. Nope. At this point, dinner was done, and we flagged down a manager, asking about the wine, and he said something to the effect that the wine has to be unlocked by another manager? I think it was less than $200 for the bottle but whatever. The food was still incredible, the ambiance perfect, but the service was subpar. The worse part is that I talked up this spot to my friends as a top-tier steakhouse in the Bay Area, but we would get better service at Texas Roadhouse. Maestros it is.
