Alright, lets talk about the food here! While the overall customer satisfaction sits at a rather low 25%, and the score is an average 4.3, theres a glimmer of hope. Disappointing Night Shift Service
My experience at Mollys was primarily positive, with 5 stars for the establishment and most staff. However, a recent encounter with Kail, who works the night shift, was extremely disappointing. My friend and I arrived around 4 am and were left waiting outside despite ringing the doorbell. Kail was visible inside, seemingly ignoring us. She also ignored my calls to the establishment and her personal cell phone. When I finally got in after returning later, her explanation for not opening the door was that she "couldn't see my face, " despite knowing me as a regular for three years. She then called the owner to have me removed, which felt like a complete lack of respect and professionalism. This behavior made me question my loyalty to a place I've supported for years and brought many friends to.

Disappointing Experience at Mollys
I visited Mollys tonight simply to get out of the apartment after an argument. Unfortunately, my experience was far from ideal. I wasn't even offered a drink after playing for over an hour. It seems they require a minimum of $1. 25 per hand to comp anything, and they can ask you to leave your machine if you're not meeting this bet, as indicated by posted signs. This is stricter than even the best casinos in the valley. To make matters worse, the attendant was sick and coughing constantly while handling drinks. While I'm not blaming her, it's unacceptable that management allows ill employees to work. The place appears to cater to regulars at late hours, and they all seemed to have drinks, though I doubt they were betting the minimum. I usually lose and therefore don't bet more than $15-$20 total, and I feel a drink in return is fair. This was not the case at Mollys, so I won't be returning, despite it being within walking distance. I'll opt for places like Miller's Tavern, Village Pub, or even the Santa Fe Casino next time, where a $10 bill can get a comped drink immediately. I'm back home dry.

Great Experience, Das Kool Deals!
My experience was all good. I managed to increase my winnings to $75. I didn't bring anything with me except for a free beer in my belly, and I left a $1 tip for the drink before I was out of there. On certain days, you get $20 free if you lose $20. Das Kool!

Awesome Bartenders, So-So Food
I almost didn't want to share this place because I go here so often and want to keep it to myself! The bartenders are awesome and I always have a good time. If you enjoy playing the machines, this is definitely the spot for you. Signing up for the players club is a must; I receive more free play here monthly than anywhere else, plus random bonuses. One day, I even got over 600 in just three hours! The food pretty much sucks, but the good news is you can bring in your own. Just make sure to bring enough for everyone! As of November 1st, 2023, they've updated most of the games, which is something new, though I personally preferred the old ones.

Relaxing drinks and gambling
My experience at this place was very positive. It's one of my favorite spots to relax and have a drink while gambling, especially because it's not crowded. The staff member who provided me with a game card was very helpful and took the time to explain the special events happening. I found the atmosphere to be relaxing and the service to be attentive.
