Severe Sickness Every Time
My experience at this restaurant has been consistently negative, leading to severe stomach and food sickness every single time I've eaten here. Both Moe's and Universal should be held accountable for making hundreds and thousands of people sick over many years.

Great Food, Terrible Service Experience
My experience at Panda Express was a mixed bag. While the food was great, the service was terrible. We noticed that people who joined the line after us received their food first, despite the line being twice as long as at the neighboring Moe's.
A significant disappointment was the lack of caps for the fountain sodas, which they claimed was a universal policy, even though nearby Panda Express and Burger King had them. Overall, the food quality was a highlight, but the inefficient service and minor inconveniences detracted from the experience.

Service Lacking, Food Excellent
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. While the food was excellent, scoring a 5 out of 5, the service was quite disappointing. The server, Ricky, was terrible at his job.
He didn’t talk at all, which came across as rude. The atmosphere was decent, rated a 3 out of 5.

Flavorful Food and Great Service!
I love eating here — they are truly the best when it comes to seasoning! I’ve been to the locations near the Orlando airport and in Clermont, but if you really have the time, go to the one at CityWalk. The food there is the most flavorful, tasty, fresh, and delicious you’ll ever try — plus, the place is super clean.
I always order the nacho bowl, and it never disappoints. Every time my brother takes me here, I enjoy it just as much as the first time. Highly recommend 100%!

Just Okay Burrito, Needs Improvement
My experience at the restaurant was just okay. The burrito I ordered was average. The chips were lacking salt, but the salsa was good.
Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

Disappointing Moe's Experience
No, this was not it. I remembered Moe's differently from other locations. Unfortunately, it was quite different here.
The food was disappointing, and the service also received a low rating. The atmosphere was just okay, and the noise level was loud, though conversation was still possible.

Moe's Food is Terrible
I always wondered why Moe’s doesn’t get as much recognition as Chipotle. I no longer wonder; their food is terrible. The rice is supposedly “seasoned, ” but it’s actually salty, and that’s where all flavor ends.
The food is horrible.

Terrible Food and Service
My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. The food was salty and of bad quality. The employees had a terrible attitude.
After picking rice and meat, they closed our containers without asking if we wanted any veggies. I asked for beef and received chicken without being asked. I do not recommend wasting your money here.

Cold Burrito, Rude Staff, Long Wait
My experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing. The wait time was excessive; it took about 35 minutes from when they started assembling my burrito until I paid. By the time I received my food, it was cold and soggy.
While they do provide a generous amount of chips, the restaurant was out of some items. Adding to the negative experience, the staff was rude. I visited around 9: 30 on a Saturday, and I'm unsure if this is typical.

Better Than Expected Burrito Experience
My experience at this restaurant was much better than expected, especially considering the low reviews. My son wanted a burrito, and it turned out to be better than the Chipotle we had in Kissimmee just two days prior. The service and atmosphere were both rated a 4, and the food also received a 4.
