Cute Spot with Great Food and Service
This place is so cute! The food, service, and ambiance were all great. While it's not quite as top-notch as some Michelin-star businesses I'm visiting in the Bay Area, the team here is kick-ass. I especially loved the expo concept that highlights plating and finishing in front of guests.

Good Food, Lacking Wow Factor
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. While the food was generally good, nothing truly stood out as exceptional or great. Starting with the dishes, the Yellowtail and beets were good, and the accompanying sauce was my favorite flavor of the entire meal. The Scallops and sweet potatoe were also good, and I enjoyed them as my favorite course, though the scallops themselves lacked a distinct flavor. The Steak was cooked well and rare, which I personally prefer, although my business partner did not, and it would have been nice to be asked about our preference. The sauce with the steak was good, but the steak and mushrooms themselves left something to be desired, as they seemed to lack salt or seasoning. The Dessert was great with no complaints. Service-wise, everyone was nice. However, for a 4-course meal, I expected more frequent check-ins to see how things were. They were attentive with water refills. The restaurant's atmosphere was beautiful, with no complaints there. Overall, while the individual components were decent, there wasn't anything that made me want to return.

Innovative Fusion with Minor Wine Quibbles
My experience at this restaurant was a delightful fusion of French bistro and Japanese creativity, resulting in an explosive and positive culinary journey. The blow torched hamachi and the scallops with a saffron infused bernaise were particularly impressive dishes. The atmosphere was rated a perfect 5, and the service also received a 5-star rating. While the noise level was loud, conversation was still possible. I would suggest broadening the wine choice beyond natural wines, but otherwise, it's a perfect spot.

Raw lamb, hectic atmosphere
My experience at the restaurant was mixed. The Lamb Loin was too raw for my liking. The atmosphere felt a bit hectic and rushed, with too many chefs and waiters running around. The place is very tiny and tight, which contributes to the feeling of being cramped given all the movement. Despite these issues, the service and food were rated a 4 out of 5.
