Hidden Gem of Asian Food!
My experience at this restaurant was truly amazing. I had one of the best Vietnamese meals I've ever tasted, and I've had plenty. All the noodle soups are incredible.
The salads are fresh and very tasty. This place is a hidden gem of Asian food in San Diego!

Wonderful Vietnamese with Great Options
My experience at this wonderful Vietnamese restaurant was fantastic! They offer a variety of great options for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. We tried their highly-rated bun bo hue noodle soup, bo luc lac, and crispy fried chicken wings.
The food was excellent, and the service was top-notch. The atmosphere was pleasant with moderate noise, and parking was plentiful and free. I would definitely recommend this place.

Authentic Vietnamese Flavors, Felt Like Home
My experience at this restaurant was truly exceptional. I felt completely at home while dining here, and in all honesty, it reminded me of my roots back in Vietnam. The food was authentic and tasted surreal.
I would definitely return again.

Delicious Bun Bo Hue - Worth the Wait!
I've been searching for a place in San Diego that serves Bun Bo Hue since a memorable experience at a child's birthday party years ago. The family there made it from scratch, and it was one of the best things I had ever tasted. The mother of the child even mentioned I'd likely never find something like it in San Diego because it's made with love.
Today, my husband surprised me by getting me the soup 🥰, and it was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!

Authentic Vietnamese Flavors and Smart Menu Design
My experience at this restaurant was a delightful taste of Vietnam, so much so that it made me miss the country. I found the innovative idea of placing the menus on the wall to be genius; it eliminated the need to flip through dirty menus and made reading them incredibly easy. I ordered the bánh bèo, a classic appetizer, and it offered a great combination of sweet and savory flavors.
The food was rated a perfect 5, and the service and atmosphere also received a 5, with a moderate noise level and no wait time. The price per person was estimated between $10–20.

Authentic Gem with Huge Portions
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! It truly felt like the real thing, with a pasted menu on the walls, a grandpa waiter, and a cash-only ATM upfront. The portions were huge, and the flavors were good.
I highly recommend this place.

Disappointing Vietnamese Meal
Having had thousands of Vietnamese meals, including during my time living in Vietnam and with my Vietnamese wife, my recent experience at this restaurant was unfortunately poor. While my previous visit was just okay, this time the meat was not fresh at all. The bamboo shoots were sour and seemed overly fermented or not washed properly.
The soup broth tasted off, leading to an overall unenjoyable meal. It was particularly disappointing because a large portion of food went to waste, and I paid decent money for such poor quality. My first visit was so-so, but this second experience was straight bad, and I likely won't return.

Rude Owner, Okay Food
My experience at this restaurant was marred by the owner's rudeness. Despite the restaurant not being busy, they forgot to serve me water. The Bún Bò Huế Spicy Beef Noodle Soup was recommended, and the food quality was rated 4 out of 5, with a price range of $20–30 per person.
The atmosphere was rated 4, but the service received a lower score of 3.
