Mezli - Reviews

My experience at Mezli was limited due to their operating hours. I found out that Mezli is only open from Thursday to Saturday. I would advise others not to waste their time attempting to visit the restaurant on any other day of the week.

My experience at this restaurant was a mix of positive and negative. On the positive side, the staff were friendly, the price was good, and the food tasted great, offering great value. However, there were areas that could be improved. The user interface was confusing and not intuitive, making it difficult to add, remove, or substitute ingredients. I struggled to understand how the "slots" worked and didn't want to spend a significant amount of time figuring it out. Additionally, a 6-7 minute wait for a dish felt a bit too long, especially when there were no other customers in line. The restaurant needs to be faster or provide an estimated wait time beforehand, as a human could assemble the same dish in a minute. Lastly, I paid for a bag, but then observed non-customers taking bags and utensils from cabinets, making me question why I paid for something that seemed to be freely available.

My experience at this restaurant was truly unique and impressive. The food was amazing tasting and affordable. What made it even better was that it's all made by robots! I can't recommend this place highly enough. It's definitely one of the most innovative things in SF. The overall experience was nice, with good stuff!

My experience at this restaurant was very positive, especially considering the low prices. I ordered the chicken bowl, and my wife had the lamb tzatziki. We both found the food to be pretty great. While it's a shame we couldn't see the robot preparing the dishes, I would choose these mediterranean bowls at these prices over other similar restaurants any day.

While it was cheap, the whole experience was pretty disappointing. I ordered both the Israeli Salad and Cabbage & Carrot Slaw, but only received the slaw. Additionally, I ordered hummus and only got a teaspoon-sized serving. Although it’s cheaper than most food in SF, I found the portions to be smaller too. I was given the option to pay extra for utensils, but they’re available to just grab by the pick-up slot in a cabinet below regardless. You have to search for them even if you order.

My experience at this restaurant was mixed. The food itself was good, but unfortunately, we didn't receive what we ordered. Our order was missing sauces and certain sides. It was definitely not perfect, and I hope they can iron out these kinks.
