My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! They might have the best and most unique burritos and tacos in northeast Seattle. Honestly, even their regular burrito beats out all other spots in the area. The meats are all excellent, and the pinto beans are on point. The portions are large, offering all the flavor and value you could hope for. This place truly raises the bar on burrito expectations around here and deserves more stars.

My experience at the restaurant was incredibly positive, especially regarding the food. The combination of flavors in my burrito bowl was a perfect match, and everything was cooked perfectly. I was also impressed with the generous portion size. As a self-proclaimed sauce nerd, I found the three sauces I tried – Salsa Verde, Chipotle Gochujang, and Spicy Poblano – to be all good. The soy-marinated jalapeños are also something that will stick in my memory for a long time. The burrito bowl itself was so freaking delicious!

My experience at Project 9 was fantastic! We enjoyed the food while playing trivia. Despite a huge crowd, the online ordering for the food truck worked really well. We tried a variety of items, including chips with guacamole and queso, tacos with pork, chicken, and beef, a bowl, and a burrito. The sauce options were really yummy, and the garnish bar was a great addition. Everything was delicious!
