My experience at the restaurant was a mixed bag. The soup was great, but the Chinese Chicken salad was just so-so. I also found it to be pricey for what you get. The service and atmosphere were rated a 4 and 3 respectively.

Mendocino Farms is my go-to spot, and I've been visiting at least once a week for almost two years. It's a place where I can trust the food, especially with my very sensitive stomach. The quality is high, always. However, I am sad that apples are no longer available as a sandwich add-on.

No doubt, it’s the number one place for sandwiches. Everything is super tasty! The sandwiches are full of flavor, the salads are fresh and delicious, and the whole menu is just wonderful. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and a good experience 😋😋

I have lunched at Mendocino Farms mid-afternoon several times, having the vegan bánh mì sandwich. It is on my path between the transit center and 130 Spear where I teach. Plus, I love the fresh veggies and nicely browned chunks of tofu. Last week, at the height of the lunch time crowd, I brought a friend. We found a table and her salad was served by a friendly gentleman. My sandwich took a few minutes longer, and he was concerned that our orders did not come up at the same time. Within a very few minutes, it did turn up. Then, when we needed to use the restroom, he was on the spot, giving us the code. We tarried, talking, and were there after the lunchtime crowd had dissipated. I saw him at a table going over papers. Yes, he was the manager, I learned by asking. Excellent food, quality ingredients, reasonable prices, and a manager bustling about making sure everybody had what they needed.
