My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. Although breakfast items were clearly advertised on the window of the main dining area, the gentleman at the drive-through informed me that no breakfast items were available. I was under the impression that most McDonald's locations offered 24/7 breakfast, or at least during their business hours. This lack of availability was quite disappointing.

My experience at this restaurant was marked by poor and rude service. The staff demonstrated a lack of product knowledge, specifically regarding how to prepare an unsweetened tea lemonade. I received a cup of water with only a hint of lemonade. When I asked for it to be redone, the staff member insisted that was what I ordered, despite my prior experience with correctly made versions from other locations. The second attempt yielded the same incorrect result, leaving me speechless. It's clear their employees need product training.

My experience at this McDonald's was the slowest service I have ever encountered at any McDonald's. Even my 7-year-old commented on how bad it was. There was no apology or explanation from the staff for the excessive wait time.

On Sunday, June 22nd, at the N Center St location, I experienced the most unprofessional service from two employees: a drive-thru employee and a rude manager. I ordered two iced teas, requesting them to be sweet, but received unsweetened tea that clearly had been sitting out and tasted warm and watery. The young lady did not offer an apology and closed the window in my face. When I called out to her about the incorrect teas, she ignored me. She eventually reopened the window with two new teas, but I still had the old ones in my hand. I asked her to take the old teas and give me the new ones, and she responded, "Ask me nicely. " I then asked for a manager, and a heavy-set man appeared. When I asked him to prove he was a manager, he became upset, flashed his badge, stated he didn't have to prove anything to me, and closed the window in my face before walking away. Frustrated, I threw both teas at the window and went inside, demanding either two new teas or my money back. I was completely ignored. Finally, a lady appeared to refund my money with no apology, simply stating, "Here! " I have never experienced such unprofessionalism from people in management in my life. Horrible customer service, and they all need training! 🤬

I've encountered some issues with the app on two occasions. However, the management has been incredibly helpful in resolving my orders when problems arose. I consistently choose this location because they don't charge for sauce for my fries. While it's a McDonald's and you get what you expect, it's a five-star McDonald's.

Hello family - it is Pastor Dre. I usually stop at this McDonald's to get my mom a frappe. The drive-through is really fast and the customer service is pretty good. The atmosphere inside is pretty cool especially if you have children. They have a really nice playground inside of this McDonald's. If you're looking for a McDonald's that has good service then you want to check this one out. If you stop by let them know that Pastor Dre sent you.

Even when using the drive-thru, they would close the window in your face, despite not having provided terrible service. The service was rated 1, as was the atmosphere and food.

My experience at the restaurant was excellent, primarily due to the convenience of the mobile app. It allowed me to order and have food delivered right to my table every time. When it works, it works perfectly, making for a seamless dining experience.

My experience at this McDonald's was disappointing due to significant price increases. They have removed the $5 meal deal, which used to be good value. Now, the prices are way too high, making it seem like the most expensive McDonald's in the country. I would advise others to stay away. For a better experience and the return of the $5 meal deal, the McDonald's 5 minutes south is worth the drive. Don't reward greed.
