Worst McDonald's Service: Paper Instead of Cheese!
My experience at this McDonald's was actually the worst service I've ever received. I ordered a bacon double quarter pounder with cheese meal, and it took almost 10 minutes to prepare. While eating, something felt off, and I initially assumed it was just an older patty.
However, upon closer inspection, I noticed the cheese didn't look like cheese at all – it was paper! They had put paper instead of cheese on my burger.

Missing Main Ingredient in Delivery Order
I received my order via delivery, so I couldn't check it on-site. However, I was surprised to find that my bacon McCrispy was delivered without the McCrispy itself. I essentially received a bun with sauce, pickles, and bacon.
The rest of my order was correct, though. :)

Disappointing Service, Okay Food
My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing due to the service. It took 20 minutes just to not add my extra toppings and nuggets that I paid for. They also borderline forgot my drink.
I never believed in writing reviews, but this location changed that. While the food quality was decent (rated 4/5), the service significantly impacted the overall experience.

Unacceptable drive-through service with Carla
My experience at the restaurant was extremely disappointing due to the drive-through service on October 22 at 6 o'clock in the morning. The employee named Carla provided a very poor job. I experienced a waiting time of over 20 minutes in the drive-thru just to receive an online order of iced coffee.
Carla then proceeded to argue with me about whether or not I asked for ice. Her behavior was completely unprofessional, and I felt as though my drink was tampered with due to her frustration.

Extremely Rude Service, Never Returning
If I could give zero stars, I would. The guy working the register with tattoos was hella rude. I would say his name, but he wasn’t wearing a name tag, probably because he knows he’ll get complained on.

Great food, poor instructions
I was hoping to get my coupon to win, but I'd better find another McDonald's. These guys will give you the instructions on how to play, and that's all. The food was great, but the service was lacking in clear guidance.

Terrible Experience: Raw Food and Rude Service
My experience at this restaurant was incredibly negative. I attempted to place a pickup order over the phone, but the person on the call repeatedly hung up on me. This forced me to walk five minutes from my house with my three children to place the order in person.
Upon arrival, the employee yelled at me and my children, causing them to cry. Other patrons in the restaurant were recording the incident. When I finally received my order, the food was raw and the French fries were cold and soggy.

Rude Employee, Avoid Customer Interaction
My experience at this restaurant was marred by the rude, impatient, and mean service from an employee named Manuel. He seemed to be covering someone at the register and perhaps should not be in a customer-facing role anymore. I would advise keeping him away from customer interaction.

Great service with my dog!
My last experience at the restaurant was great. I went with my dog and we were served kindly and quickly. I am happy with the service.
