I ordered 10 McNuggets and had to wait an hour before I received them. My experience was a 0/10. I would not recommend coming to this McDonald's if you have any other choice. It was literally the worst one I've ever been to.

My experience at this McDonald's was incredibly slow. It's supposed to be a fast-food restaurant, but I had to wait ages to get my order. The service was extremely slow, which is the opposite of what you expect from a fast-food establishment.

I spent $35 driving through and they didn't give me any cards. When I came back to retrieve them, a very unpleasant lady tried to make a fool of me. After she failed, she finally gave me 2 cards. Next time, I'll definitely find another McDonald's.

My order, a classic Big Mac combo with medium fries, came out quickly, which was appreciated as I was in a rush. The food was fresh and hot, as expected from McDonald's. The fries were perfectly crispy, and the burger was decent and satisfying. However, the seating area was a bit cramped during peak hours, and the music was slightly loud, making conversation difficult. It's a dependable spot for a quick, familiar meal while exploring the city, though not the most unique dining experience.

My girlfriend and I visited and ordered a mocha frappe. It took them at least 30 full minutes to make our drink. It was obvious they only cared about taking care of the DoorDash window and orders. It was freaking ridiculous. Definitely won’t be coming back.

I have to stop going here. My experience has been consistently frustrating due to the long wait times, with orders taking 20-30 minutes every single time. Furthermore, 90% of the time something is wrong in the order. I suggest they hire more staff to improve efficiency and accuracy.

I visited this restaurant with my daughters for lunch and was disappointed. We ordered sweet tea, but were initially given unsweetened tea. When I inquired about the mistake and asked for the correct order, the staff refused to provide sweet tea because we had already consumed some of the unsweetened portion. This was a frustrating experience regarding the drink order.

At night time, my pickup experience at this restaurant was unacceptable due to a lack of respect and professionalism. Customer service matters, and unfortunately, this restaurant failed to deliver even the bare minimum of respect.
